Why is it balling up as soon as I apply my moisturizer?
I just purchased this product and love it (almost). Unfortunately as soon as I apply my moisturizer after it, the serum balls up and flakes off my face. I use a an all natural, organic jojoba oil moisturizer. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can prevent it? I have dry, sensitive skin (and fly a lot for work) and was hoping this product would boost my moisture levels, not flake off. Help!!!!

on VIZ-1000™ 75 percent Hyaluronic Acid Complex
Try using a gentle cleanser and no more than a pump and a half, ( one pump should be enough). I personally like the first aid beauty original cleanser, or La mer cleansing foam.
I encountered this issue on occasion as well. I found that if I waited a little longer (and extra 2 minutes) before applying my moisturizer and oil this problem went away
Sadly, it may be your moisturizer reacting with the serum. I've used a few different ones over it and never had that effect.

I would only use the products in his line. I am about to receive my viz-1000 tomorrow (fingers crossed) and will use with the unwrinkle pm creme and will try to post results.

I had this issue with a different serum. A Sephora associate told me it's a result of too much moisture on the skin. I switched to another serum and the balling stopped.

Are you letting it dry sufficiently before you moisturize? I use the Camu Camu Vitamin C after, but I let it "sit" on my skin for a minute before I do. I have no problems with it "balling up" after moisturizing. Hope this helps.
I would buy the 100% pure version (on the internet, look it up by name). It is $89.00. Then I would wet down your face or body, and apply. Let that dry for a while. Then add your cream or oil. May have glycerin as an ingredient. No need to pay so much for Hyaluronic Acid which is gods gift for dry skin. I go thru 16 oz in one year, and use it all over my body. The only thing that helps my skin stay hydrated
