That is one of the things that's kind of confusing about the packaging. I'm really not sure why they list this as skin type 3,4. That leads you to believe it's one or the other, but doesn't specify WHICH. However, when I was in store and purchased this kit, it did specify somewhere on the packaging. Now, I don't know how that relates to ordering this online, maybe when you go to check out it will ask you which specific kit you want?

I am not sure if it will help with the acne but my skin tone looks a tone better. My complexion is even and I love waking up in the morning to see how fantastic it looks. I was very pleased with the product however I no longer have problems with acne.

It has helped me! I don't have "acne" persay, like you see on some people, but I am prone to breakout in my oily areas, and almost constantly have at least two pimples on my face somewhere. This has definintely helped, but doign it morning and night. Also, it might help to use a gentle face scrub to exfoliate too (I use St. Ives Green Tea face scrub in the shower, or Neutrogena's Gentle face scrub works well too). Try a sample size if you are worried about the money,

The clinique acne solutions soap and toner are great ! Also I just tried the new clickr pen acne medicine and it cleared up things I had on face for a month in one use ! Also murad moisturizer for acne skin is excellent. Hope this helps !

I think this could certainly help. It won't be a skin perfecting miracle. Your acne won't vanish & never return, but this will help to balance your skin tone & make your skin happier. It will make your skin look more healthy & it will probably reduce your acne, but like I said before...it won't make it vanish completely. It just helps to control your skin.

Number 1 is suppose to be for dry skin and number 4 is for oily skin. Both number 2 and 3 are for combination skin but 2 is more on the drier side and 3 is more on the oily side.

It does clear my blackheads... I had bad acne as teenagers and as a result, there are stubborn blackheads on my nose and cheek area...
after 2-3 weeks, this helps blackheads to soften up and clean away... of course, use a blackhead extractor.. don't use fingertips...
