All the skin care experts say, you should apply the primer after you are done with the whole skin care line and that includes the sun protection, I do that too , after I'm done with every thing include the sun protection I add this amazing primer.

according to the little paper included in the box, they say to put all your regular skincare on before the primer... so for me thats my moisturizer with SPF, and then the primer.

I believe primer should be the last layer you put on. It will protect the same either way, though I wont provide the same glow if you cover that with sun screen.

Yet another great product I own and love from Guerlain! During day, sunscreen first then primer. For evening, no need for sunscreen. Apply primer directly to face then do eyes, lips, etc. Makes skin very luminous. Forgo foundation and have a fresh shimmer to your skin. Guys love the "no makeup" look! And you will too!!!

there are many different ways u can use it. first use sun block then use the primer and then the makeup. or u can even put it after ur foundation . last but not least u can mix it with ur foundation for that all over glow.

Hi 1877 Sephora, I am asking you as I can see you know the brand very well...I am interested in getting a couple of bottles of the best possible primer...after sampling a few, I had shortlisted YSL Top Secret Flash Radiance, Guerlain Meteorites light diffusing Perfecting Primer and Guerlain L´Or Primer...

In the end, I like Guerlain best but can´t decide between Meteorites Light -diffusing primer and L´Or primer...

Which one would you recommend? I am blonde with an intense tan and combination skin...Would like a primer which makes my skin glow and give it a lot of light, and that makes my make up last for a loooong time and keep T-area matt...
What would a Guerlain expert recommend?

This blub was taken from the Meteorites "Spotlight' page on Sephora's Guerlain homepage, so it does seem to have a 'silicone polymer.'

Actually, this is one of the few non-silicone-based primers available. I have not tried it myself, but I am interested in doing so for that very reason.

I guess with the micro colors it is made of, which help to reflect the light in a nice way on the skin, so it will be good for all skin colors.

it's a clear base and it goes well with any skin tone.

Go to the one with the pink pearls, not the gold, I like the pearls more it looks fab on the skin .
