Try forbidden burgandy! Its a dark plum, but it some red to it, so it doesn't appear gothic.. I also have large lips.. it looks great.
I would be very careful when wearing bold lipstick since you have full lips. I'm not saying don't do it, just do it right! I would personally recommend Route Pur Couture 1 Le Rouge or 13 Le Orange. The red would be great for a night out where as Le orange would be better for day time, something fun, flirty and sweet.
With Le Rouge, I would stay away from eye shadows. Stick with concealer, eye liner, and mascara. Clean Crisp eyes. Be sure to line them to help better define your eyes so as to balance your full, boldly colored lips.
With Le Orange, Again line the eyes but just the top lash line. Apply mascara as per usual, but because le orange is lighter, softer, you can do light shimmery eye shadows. Unfortunately, I cannot think of any colors off the top of my head but stick to neutrals or pale silvers. Nothing TOO bright, but think light and flirty.
Hope this helps!

I'm a fair-skinned, green-eyed brunette as well, and for bolder colors, I tend to favor red-plums. Red lipsticks can be a hit or miss, unless you find just the right shade. But plum tends to work nicely regardless. If you want a red, I'd recommend talking to a rep. at a makeup counter. They can make suggestions, and offer samples.
Hope you find that 'Just Right' shade. c:

My coloring is similar to yours--I have brown/green eyes, fair skin and my natural hair color is brown ( do have blonde highlights). I got #23. It is rosy/mauvy. Its like my natural lips but darker and richer. I'm very happy with this color.

I would highly highly recommend the 18-Rouge Taboo. It is a true glamourous red, perfect for most skin tones. I am fair with medium blonde hair, deep blue eyes & fair skin (cooler, but with freckles, so it tends to look better with a golden glow) & this is the shade that I wear. It looks stunning. The Sephora swatch on the appears daker & a bit more blue than in actuality, but the true blue red is an accurate description. Good luck & I hope you love it!
