Use wet. I use the blade about 3 times a week and haven't had to replace it for a month now. I had problems with cracking and bleeding and the shaver helps a lot I just make sure to put lotion on every time I get out of the shower after I have used the tool and I have no more cracking.

The razor goes into the top area, once it securely in you run it on the callus one and it shreds the dead skin, and smooths out that area.

Question
Is this tool good for rough dry skin on feet
I don't have calluses on my feet but I do have rough, dry skin that I would like to make smooth. Will this product help? If it's not helpful, can you recommend a product that would be useful?

This item may be too aggressive for your concerns. You may want to look into trying the Tweezerman Pink Pedro Callus Stone which should quickly and effectively alleviate the dryness you are describing.
