You're better off buying a dollar store pumice stone, but it depends on how bad your feet are prior to using this product to see the best results.

I've used this product for a couple of years and have not replaced it yet. At first I used it almost daily, then found that once or twice a week was plenty, depending upon what shoes I wore (closed or sandals, dress or sport). This is the only callus remover I will ever buy, and I've tried enough inferior ones to pay for one of these -- without the nice results.
Go for it!

I've had mine for probably six months and it is still working great. But, even though I take the time to rinse it well after every use, and while it's still doing the job, I did feel like it was probably time to invest in a new one, which is why I'm buying another today!

If you had really cracked feet, you might like to use it a couple of times in the first week. However, don't do it every day, as your feet may feel a little sore. Use foot balm in between. Once a week is fine!
