Not easy. You need to get tooth picks to do just about every nail that has any kind of detail if you want to do it yourself. The best way to figure out ways to do your nails is to watch videos on youtube.
You can buy the press on nail polish strips, but they are time consuming. So time consuming that unless you have a special event and aren't very artistic, they are not worth it. They say they are easy, but I did not find them to be. I found them harder than if I just painted the design myself...seriously. If you do get the strips, cut them as you go from your largest nails to your smallest. Sometimes you can get five nails done with like two strips. Also, use a base coat and wait until it is not wet but not quite dry. Put a top coat on too so it really adheres to the nail. They will last you two weeks on your toes. They last pretty long on my fingers too, but only with a base and top coat.

The tiger print effect is actually done with decals, which you can also find at Sephora. They're pretty easy to find on the site if your browse through the nails section - they've preiodically been on the front page.

To me it appears as though they airbrushed some white on the tips. Most nail salons (at least in Miami do airbrushing for cheap). Take your polish and the picture, they should be able to re-create the look for you.

Same brush as original OPI?
One of the main reasons I like OPI nail polish so much is the brush. Does the Sephora OPI version have the same type of brush?

No I wish the plastic part was shorter and we can have more control over it......Why not come out with a nail polish brush set where the brushes are from thin to thick and it comes with a polish correction pen I think 4 different sizes would be fantastic.... This lets us polish with more perhection and after we use the brush we clean it with nail polish remover or maybe something else you come up with to clean the brushes.....I have been wanting such an item for so long hard to control the brushes that come with the polish itself

Sephora by OPI does not have the OPI pro-wide brush you see in all current OPI polishes. I have read on several nail blogs in reviews that this brush on the Sephora by OPI polishes reminds them of the old OPI brush, pre-pro-wide. I don't find this brush at all a problem to work with even if I sometimes prefer the pro-wide one too. Hope this helps!

There are products out there that are nail polish thinners that you can add to old, clumpy, or thick nail polish to thin it out. These types of products are available in drugstores and beauty supply stores. They work pretty well if you follow the directions. I have also heard that adding a couple of drops of nail polish remover will thin the polish but I haven't tried that method.

You can buy polish thinner. Search online for it. Or you can drop a tiny drop of baby oil in the bottle and shake it up. Test the color. If it's still too gooey, add another drop of baby oil. Keep going until it's perfect!

Not all brands have a product to restore old clumpy dry nail polish. I can only think of one Zoya (Even though I think there is a couple of other brands that might have a similar product). Zoya has a product called Zoya Renew nail polish rejuvenator that totally renews old, dry clumpy nail polish. The product works with any nail polish brand as long as they are free of toluene, formaldehyde and DBP which OPI Sephora is. You can find Zoya products on their site and in select stores.

With the What's Your Poison, all i did to make it stand out was start with a base coat of a magenta/red polish. You can totally wear it alone too though, i just think my way makes it pop more and lasts longer.
I did not find it goopy and it lasted almost 2 weeks, it was actually hard to take off. You may encounter that the glitter gets a little rough texture which i just added a clear top coat to it every few days and all was well with the world.

Hope I helped u some.

It's a little "gooey" but I think it has to be. It's not bad and I can get it on pretty thin while still having a good layer of color. I use two coats but you really only need one. It just depends how much sparkle you desire.

answer 3
No, my experience is that the glitter nail polish is not gooey. The amount of coats depends if you want a heavier glitter look or not. I like one coat for daytime and two for when I go out at night. Two are more than enough because all the glitter covers most of the nail with two coats. I love shimmer and glitter and the only downside is that the glitter nail polish always takes longer to remove. Tip: dip a cotton pad in nail polish remover and keep it on the nail for 20 seconds or so before you rub it, it is easier that way.

Are any of these colors good for water marbeling?
I want some new colors to do water marbling. I need ones that are very liquidy and do not dry fast. Has anyone done water marbling with these and can recommend colors that are good for it? I like creamy colors better than shimmery.

This was actually why I originally purchased this color. It was okay for marbling, but I did it with white and it lost a lot of its red hue as it mixed with the white. Additionally, it sunk in the water. It's a thin polish and comes out very quickly from the bottle. I won't be using it for marbling again.

I'm totally into one of the new OPI ones, "I'm With Brad." It's not black but it's a super dark brown that kind of shines in the light. I've gotten sooo many compliments on it, more than any other color! I also like this blue-green one "Mermaid to Order." I am fair skinned (if that helps any), not fair like nicole kidman, but fair enough that it's hard for me to find a good dark polish. Personally, I like Chanel Paradoxal, if you don't have $ to splurge on that, I would recommend somethig similar, possibly something by Essie (Sephora does not carry that brand, but amazon.com does). Also, for myself, if I do not like black nail polish, it looks terrible whenever I apply it, so I use a matte polish when I do black. I also like a charcoal grey on my nails, because it is dark enough, but not too dark (OPI makes Baby It's Coal Outside-which is on amazon.com too). Hope that helps!

Black nails are a classic, chic look, but with the variety of options available, I would go with a navy or dark purple instead. They are a little bit more interesting than the standard black. Also, if you like sparkles, the 'Sephora' color is a great option. It is black with large pieces of glitter in multiple metallic shades. Personally, I adore sparkles, and considering that you are blonde, I think that midnight mambo would be beautiful! Its a great bright blue with chunky glitter. The quality and color of these polishes cannot be beat!

I, being a pale gal also, love the following colors for the following seasons:

Spring: I LOVE the pastel colors. Any light pastel shade will look amazing, trust me. I love the light yellow, minty green, and light lavender purple. Also, the light blue one is amazing also. There are SO many shades of OPI polish, it's so easy to find these colors in the store because they are color categorized.

Summer: for the summer, I enjoy using brighter colors. They stand out and are perfect for sunny days:) I also recommend shades with added shimmer or sparkle. I suggest a nice bright coral color, bright Barbie pink, light orange, lime green, and sky blue. It's always fun to add your own shimmer with a nice sparkle or confetti top coat! I also love to wait until polish dries, add a strip of scotch tape, and add stripes or tips.

Autumn: for the fall, I love wearing sparkly dark orange.. It just matches the trees so nicely! I like nice maroon color too, and i also like a shiny dark grey color for this season. For Halloween, the darker shimmer green and sparkle black are so cute. I've made candy corn nails using strips of tape and white, orange and yellow polish.

Winter: I adore a shimmer silver, a shimmer gold, dark shimmer green, and of course, a darker red.. I put silver sparkles over the colors to make them shine! Usually dark colors work best for winter, because its already cold, so us pale girls are even paler during the winter. At least in the summer, we r able to get some type of tan, so the brighter colors are easier to wear!

I'm sorry, I don't list polish names because each person has colors that they prefer. I'm not going to list an exact name of a shade and you'll go buy it and hate it lol. But I hope this helped you, happy shopping!!!!:)

I have pale skin and I'm currently wearing Chest-Nuts About You. It's a very pretty neutral with shimmer. It's almost a nude on me but it has a metallic finish.

For spring and summer I typically go bright with corals, fuschia and reds on my fingers.

In the fall and winter, I go back and forth between dark, dark colors - burgundy, charcoal, black with shimmer (I'm With Brad / Shiny Dancer / Sephora 212 / Never Enough Shoes) and pale, frosty shades like Chest-Nuts About You. A silvery white or gold is pretty for the holidays too, Looks Like Rain Dear or Under My Trench Coat.

I try to stay away from mid tones as they don't seem to compliment my skin tone, so I either go bright, light or dark.

I would suggest you try different colors and have fun!
