answer 1
Since it's non-aerosol, the only way the powder comes out is when air is created in the bottle. You just shake the bottle to get the air back in, then squeeze. I'm on my second bottle and I have not yet experience any flaw with it. What I like about the bottle, you have the control of how much comes out. If you squeeze hard, a lot comes out. If you squeeze soft, little comes out. I don't like to shake it upside down, because too much powder gets stuffed in the tube the powder comes out of. So hopefully that helps you out!

It doesn't really clog - you just have to keep turning it upside down to let the powder go to the top - then spray - it works great, but the design of the non-aerosol pump could be better! How did the other ones - you used work?

The description of this product is a bit deceiving. There is no "pump" dispenser. It is non aerosol, you rotate the cap to the right to reveal the opening then hold the bottle upside down at an angle then squeeze the bottle and the powder product kinda puffs out. I have found it easier to dispense into my hands then rub to together and apply to my hair.
