How fluffy is this brush?

Compared to the Sephora #22 brush, how fluffy are the bristles? Are they compact at the ends (similar to a concealer brush) or more spread out (like the #22 brush)?

This has very soft, long, fluffy fibers that are good for lighter colors and highlighting, however I have not used it with darker colors yet.

It's not tapered at all, so pretty fluffy. Not a good brush for lining but great for everything else

It's not. It's pretty flat. But its got soft and smooth hairs that they apply and blend easily.

Im pretty sure the only difference is that this black-handled one is cheaper ($11). I dont think I passed on quality by paying less because this brush is great

#23 is smaller, thinnger and not as "fanned out" as #22. Measuring the width of the bristles it looks like #23 is about 1.5 cm smaller. For what it's worth, I use #23 much more often than #22.

I haven't used the other brush but can definitely recommend this one! Since it's slightly larger hat will make it easier for you to apply shadows on the lid, but it works great forthe crease/browbone too! It is the perfect brush, go buy it!

I'm pretty sure that the brush is made out of horse hair. But i'm not positive. And i have no idea they use animal testing. But i hope not. :)
