I was curious what color i should get and weather this will cause breakouts? Also is this any different from a concealer for women?

well I didn't see the picture of her skin color. But I recommend the product. If you have light skin like I do, I use the lightest shade. It covers nicely and looks natural. No one knows the difference.

Not sure which shade to purchase
I've read that light skin people bought the lightest and it was still too dark. I don't have very dark skin but you'd never describe my complexion as light. The easy answer is get the medium, but is there another rule of thumb?
