yes! I get 3 uses at least out of each pad. Like the person above said just open the pack don't puncture it and dip a little each time, you dont need all that liquid every time. And if I am running low on liquid by the end I just moisten it with a little water. If you are careful with them and don't rip them they will last you.

No once you use the pads you need to throw them away. They're very thin and once they become saturated they fall apart easy. Plus once you use the fluid that's it there is no reusing them.

Yes! Just be really careful and save them in the original pack in a ziploc. Add a little liquid to them. You can puncture the liquid pack, pour the liquid into a little jar, and then use the liquid on the pads. I think you can get three or four uses out of each one! There is way too much liquid for one use, so save it up! Don't burst the packs like the directions suggest!!!

I had the same problem and this eye mask did nothing. But there are two things that did do the job, and well. I started drinking a lot of water and that handled the black circles under my eyes. I also stopped eating so much salt, that totally reduced the puffiness. Hope this helps.

There are many acne kits...Bliss has "no zit sherlock" and Murad has a great kit depending on your level of acne...if you're not too embarrassed then I suggest getting a friend to go with you inside Sephora and getting samples after a consult with a team member.As for the eye masks, 14 is too young---there are many reasons for dark circles such as eating fast food/digestive, no sleep, and heredity. Talk to your doctor if they are bothersome,and get some concealer in the meantime.

At 14 it's normal to have excessive oily skin. This product is an eye mask, not do much a facial mask. Use a toner after cleansing your face to help balance the Ph levels and to prevent too much oil from coming out. Clinique has some great gentle cleansers that work great. They also have eye creams that help with darkness as well as dark spot correctors that work great for acne scars. Look for Clinique's soft cleanser, all about eyes, and dark spot corrector. Also, if you find your face gets really dry at times like immediately after washing your face it may be a reason as to why your skin is creating more oil. Always moisturize!!! Even if you have oily skin! Just use a light weight one!

I really don't think someone who is 14 with oily skin would benefit from this product. It's better for the over 35 crowd. If your skin is oily, I don't think you need any type of special eye mask. I would just search for the best product out there for lightening dark circles and just apply that product diligently. This Bliss product is WONDERFUL for people living in very dry climates and those over 35. Hope this helps!

I believe they may help with swelling and bruising because they do feel cold. I've actually placed them in the fridge before for extra soothing.

It will definitely help with the swelling, but I doubt it would do anything for the bruising.

This product will not help with the bruising. It will feel good and moisturize the under-eye area, but only TIME, unfortunately will make the swelling and bruising go away. One thing you can do, is apply an ARNICA cream or gel (GNC) to help speed up the healing process. Cosmetic surgery recovery sucks; but just focus on how hot you'll look a few months from now! You'll never regret your decision.

Yes works great for puffiness.

They do de-puff, and on me personally it lasted a couple days...each person is different mind you...also it's what else you do to help your skin like keeping it clean,using a good moisturizer/serum,using a nice mild scrub at least twice a week for dry skin and knowing you don't have to spend alot---Christmas is the BEST time to get kits(full sizes and some kits are the price of only 1 item)...

I don 't really have puffiness under my eyes, but if you have quite a bit of puffiness, I don't really think these would do the job for you. I just brought them with me to Las Vegas. They were FABULOUS at adding much needed moisturization to my under-eye area to combat the dry climate, smoke and not enough sleep. I really think that's what these pads are for; moisturization, rather than "depuffing".

It really helps with puffiness on me. I dont have super dark circles so it helps those as well. If your circles are so dark I wouldn't recommend this product. Try origins ginseng product Ive heard it works really well

Hallo, I am from Bavaria,and am in the States for extended holiday. When I need Sephora I telefon the France line. Now , because of the E.U.,we can all shipp easier. Also,we (husband and I) ,have lived full time in England now for 12 years,and they might be able to shipp to another E.U. country easier. This site states that it can only shipp to U.S. and Canada. The Bliss spas might send them to you directly as well. I feel you're pain, just the other way around, I cannot find my euro t/x's, and the large scale brands from dept. stores can be different. If you are an American (I have worked on U.S. Kasern) ,ask if they will shipp to you're APO/AE,address, often they will. If all else fails try Kardstadt Dept. store, and depending on where you are,there is a great store called Muellers, 3 floors full of stuff, from everywhere. The ground floor has dept.store and salon t/x's, first floor has drugerie items and the top is usually german style apotheke items. I certainly cannot see why not. The ingredients are all natural. Affix these wonderfully moisturizing little eye pads and lie down for 15 minutes. You'll look and feel refreshed!
