yes, but you don't notice it that much. It has all natural ingredients and I think it's the camphor you can kind of taste. It's really weird, but I'd compare it to an herbal tea. lol

It has a subtle minty-fresh-kind-of scent/taste. Nice and fresh.

I believe it does. It is something of a menthol flavor/taste. Not like the Burt's Bees flavor/taste--more like campho.

I wish I got the one that is light and citrusy! It is way too "mediciney" for me so I'll stick to Bonnie Bell, neutrogena, or basically anything else.

wow I really disagree, maybe I got one from a funky batch but I think it has a really gross and unignorable taste. I can't describe the flavor, it's like a really strong flavor of cheap chapstick, camphor and something rancid, but it's strong, it's gross, and it's enough for me to recommend something else. caudalie makes a nice stick-style lip balm, but it's admittedly overpriced, you may want look elsewhere for inexpensive chapstick until more choices come in

Personally, I don't think it has a taste, but it does have a smell, to me a little bit like mentholated mint lemon. I hope that helps!! :)

It has just a light camphor smell that goes away very quickly. It does not have a taste.

yeah, a bit of a medicated smell to it with a hint of that minty/tingly feeling when you put it on. Not really a taste though.

Burt's Bees is my favorite. I have tried several other brands and always go back to Burt's. After purchasing the Lip Therapy I know now I will stick to what works...Burt's.

Way better, no parabens, phthaletes. I feel like I am wearing a product that will not harm me... -- however I like the tinted colors that Berts offers.

It blows other lips balms out of the water. Burt's certainly doesn't stand a chance against Yu-Be. While Burt's used to be my go-to lip balm, I do believe I've found a new love.

I like it better than burts bees because it's smoother and I like the camphor smell, but if you like mint, I'd stick with Burts. I have never heard of the other balm you referred to, sorry.

This one is not waxy AT ALL, it is very light and does not feel sticky. Burt Bee's is a little to waxy sometimes.

I've tried Burt's Bee (and many other brands) before and it doesn't work as effectively as the Yu-Be lip balm. However, all skin types are different so Burt's Bee may work perfectly well for someone else. For myself, I've found that Yu-Be works the best.

Exactly the same! I just completed my online review and that is the main point of it! The chapstick is not bad--but neither is Burt's Bees. I suggested using either one with more frequency to get the results desired.

I find that it goes on smoother and softer than Burt's Bees. Also seems to penetrate and moisturize better.

I haven't tried the other brand that you mentioned but this is very similiar to Burt's Bees Original Lip Balm.

I've never tried Arbone's. Burt's bee's is way better, not the best but way better. When you first apply yu-be the consistency feels like burts bees, but with yu-be my lips feel like they're burning as it wears off and it leaves my lips tender. burt's dries out my lips sometimes but it doesn't irritate my lips the way yu-be does, it also doesn't taste as gross.
