yes, it is suitable because these are basically travel-sized, basic items such as cleanser and facial moisturizer. if she doesn't like it, well, it's not like she has to wait a year to finish it! i bought this for a friend and she loved it.

Yes, the products are completely suitable for a 17-year-old girl. (I think she would love them!) The marketing copy is geared toward all age groups; however, I still think a 17-year-old would LOVE these products.

Absolutely! My mom gave this to me for my 17th birthday and i really loved it! The hand cream is great for your purse, the lip gloss is great! and the bag would be super cute as a toiletry kit for spring break or a weekend away. I really loved it and i don't want to run out!
