Yes, I did notice the glitter and I really liked it actually but I decided to go with the Puro Amor because it was more versatile for my taste. I do not always like to wear glitter. However, do note that the glitter is NOT overwheling at all.

Question
applying this stuff part 2
Again, I am one that loves eyeliner, but am horrible at applying the liquid ones, so have steered clear from them - until now. I would LOVE to have Kat's beautiful cat eyes, and read the scotch tape answer, but I still made a mess. Anyone else have any helpful suggestions? I wish this came with a "HOW TO" book!! Thank you!

I had the same problem as you so one day i just dabbed some of the eyeliner on the back of my hand and used an angle brush with short strokes when i applied it. works every time for me!

Also- try to get the brush as close to your lash line (via top or bottom) and don't push the brush to hard to get the product on. If you still can't do it, another tip might be to apply a pencil liner first, then go over it with the liquid liner. (It's like connecting the dots...!)

I do cat eyes everyday and the most important things are good concentration and a steady hand. I was told about the scotch tape method when I was first learning to do winged eyeliner and it didn't really work out too well for me either. You definitely need to make sure your applying arm is stablized and you're in front of a well-lit mirror. Since you're first starting out, you should be sitting with your elbow resting on the vanity/table/etc... for extra stability you might want to anchor your applying hand (where your thumb meets your wrist) against your face (it'll probably feel most comfortable along the jawbone). I'm sure that sounds a little weird, but when I was first learning to work with liquid and doing winged out eyeliner, this really helped. Definitely start off with a thin line, you can always go over it and make it thicker. When you reach the outer corner of your eye, wing out the liner towards your temple. And if you make any mistakes or messes, angled Q-tips work miracles. I hope this helps!

Denise, I also have blond hair, fair skin & hazel eyes. I found that Turbo Lover looks awesome! I wear it with a similar shade of mascara, and my eyes just pop.

Denise, I am so sorry I forgot the names of the other colors. With Blue eyes Romantico (the golden bronze brown) would be really pretty if the Turbo doesn't work. It is beautiful! For evening, if you wanted to wear a black, go with a SOFT black like the Metal (mettalic) black at the lash line. Then start working with other colors, a bit at a time. I can't wait to get the Romantico A.S.A.P.! I hope this gives you a new sparkle in your eyes!

With Blue eyes you could go with Turbo (a bronzy wine color) which I use and love because I have blue and hazel in my own eyes along with the brown in my eyes. It is softer than black, not so harsh for fair coloring, and I use it smudged along the lashline sometimes just for a soft color. If the Turbo is too wine colored, I would go with a golden bronze brown. HTH!

Question
Runny?
What's the texture of Kats liquid eyeliner? My past liquid eyeliners haven't gone too well, they were always very runny and more like colored water than makeup.

Question
Smudging liquid liners?
I didn't know you could, but from reading the reviews, I've learned that liquid eyeliners are smudgeable. How would you go about doing this to achieve a softer look?

Yes, smudge it immediately after you apply it.

Another thing I found works well, throw lots of powder based color (matching the shade of your liquid liner, or something that would compliment it or add an interesting tone) on a slanted brush, and as the liquid liner dries, apply some pressure and whisp the angled brush over your liner.

After applying. wait a few seconds and before the liquid is completely dry, you can smudge your line. You can use your finger, but I think you have better comtrol with a q-tip, or use the end of the pencil eyeliner that's a sponge. Once it's dry, it stays. To correct mistakes, I use "ID on the spot" qtips. Sephora sells them.

I have only tried putting liquid liner on once, and it was a disaster. It smudged like crazy and it looked terrible. How do you properly apply liquid eyeline and how long do you have to wait before it dries?

Unscrew the applicator from the tube and dab off some product along the rim of the container. Too much liquid on the brush will be messy.

Then with a steady hand (this takes practice) gently start to draw a line starting at the inner corner of your eye. Do not flatten the brush against your eyelid -- use the tip. Carefully draw the line over the natural curve of your eyelid, close to the lash line. You can flick out the end of the line for the "cat eye" look if you want. To make the line thicker, just keep adding more eyeliner to the line you have already drawn until it looks right.

Allow to dry for maybe 30 seconds to make sure it stays put. These liners do dry quickly.

Some people find it helpful to draw a few tiny dashes along the line you wish to put the eyeliner using an eyeliner pencil. Then it can be drawn over with liquid liner to "connect the dots."

Just practice, practice, practice and do not rush the job. Several smaller, more precise strokes are better than trying to line your eyes with just one stroke so take your time and remember to use a gentle, steady hand. Experiment and have fun!

This one dries rather quickly so I would say a few seconds and you are good to go.I found this one to be really smooth too not so wet but more creamier so it flowed really nice.
