Yes, this palette works well with all eye colors in my opinion. For a day look, I would wear The medium shimmery beige color (Downtown) all over the lid with the coppery bronze color (Baroque) in the crease, the dark matte brown (Leather) as a liner on the upper and lower lashline, and the pale golden shade (Tequila) on the brow bone and inner eye corners. For a night look, I would wear the light green (Dimebag) all over my lid with the darker green (Orbi) in the crease and the matte black (Lucifer) in the outer corner and as a liner on the upper and lower lashline, and Tequila as a highlight.

I have gotten so many compliments on my eyes after beginning to use this shadow. For day at work, i use the Clay on my upper eye, right under my eyebrow, then I use the Lucifer as a liner with the little brush above my lashes. For the lid, I do the inner half with the Downtown and the outside half with the Dimebag. It is subtle and pretty and different. For night I do an outside half with the darker green or the black, and then go lighter as i go towards the inner eyelid.

This is good for someone with green eyes. I'm a stay at home mom, so I don't know much about having a day/nite look. I would suggest playing around with it and finding what works for you.

I like to use Kat von D's Lolita lipstick with this palette - it's a nice neutral for every day wear. When I want to pump up the volume and go for something a little more flashy, I like to go with Dior Addict in Pink Lust- it gives you that classic pin-up look when paired with a smoky eye from this palette!

Im wearing the Lugwid palette colors today and my Nars lipstick in Honolulu Honey goes great with it. I would reccomend a nude brown color with neutral undertones.

I have medium color skin, i don't wear a lot of lipstick but i am a lipgloss girl :-) i wear a darker plummy brown type color....i don't have a name for it cause i get it custom made where i live. But i know it has some gold tones, brownish tones and red tones in it, and it goes great with these colors! hope this helped!! I added a pic if that helps! good luck!

I'm the color of a hershey bar and I really like the green end of the Ludwig palette. Very sexy w brown eyes I think. The colors on the brown/warm end wash out to a general bronzy effect on me, but work a bit better layered wet/with primer. If it were more matte, it would make a good neutral eye.

the great thing about these eye shadows is that its pigmented, and I'm a brown girl, and it works well :) just use a primer or a base to help the colors not crease or fade. you can build the intensity of the colors too. the browns will give you a nice natural look, and the black and greens will give you a nice smokey look :) because our brown skin absorbs color, if you want more intensity you could apply it wet to make the color pop more. but it goes well with dark skin tones, i think :)

It didn't come with tips or a how-to. But, the basic eye usually includes 2 colors- a lighter color all over and a darker color in the corners and creases. I hope that helps :)

There are not any instructions included, but I have found that the colors are very blendable. Start with one of the darker shades along the lash line, blend in some of the next lighter shades, and highlight along the brow bone and inner tear duct corner of the eye with the lightest shades. Truely beautiful and worth the money. If you really want the colors to pop, use an eyelid primer.

It's kind of a personal preference as to where you put certain colors. Some people put darker colors on the lids and lighter ones above the lids, other people do it vice versa. I've noticed with these palettes by Kat Von D that great color combinations can be made when the shimmer colors are put directly on top of other flat colors. I've found some great looks by just experimenting.

Yep. It has a mirror that that takes up the whole upper inside part of the palette. Its awesome to have and works nice. The mirror is one of the many things that make this palette awesome!

These are Sephora eyeshadows but Kat Von D has chosen and designed the colors and palettes but the actual make-up is created by Sephora. Kat just designed it.

You can wear the lighter green (Dimebag) all over the lid with The darker green (Orbi) in the crease and as a liner on the upper and lower lashline and the pale golden color (Clay) as a highlight on the brow bone.. For a little green use Baroque on the entire eyelid and put Orbi in the crease.
For all green use Dimebag on the entire lid with Orbi in the crease.

Try adding the green to the crease of your eye and blend really well - Use Dimebag as a base color on your lid and Orbi in the crease with Tequila or Downtown under your eyebrow to highlight. Use Lucifer or a liquid liner to line your top lid.

This palette goes great with all eye colors and skintones. All of the bronze/beige colors will look great with your blue eyes and while the light green (Dimebag) might clash with your blue eyes, Orbi (a darker olive green) will look great. So I think this palette is worth it for you since all but one color should work out.

I would recommend the Ludwig palette because it is more versatile in my opinion and you can create more looks with it. Plus, the shadows in ludwig are more pigmented than the ones in the Gypsy palette. Ludwig looks great with hazel eyes. I have hazel eyes too and the bronze and green colors really make them pop.
