In my opinion, yes it would. I'm also a vegetarian and I always look at the ingredients before purchasing a product. These supplements happen to contain fish gelatin, salmon and tilapia to be exact.

I think so, I'm a vegetarian and Ive been taking this for a month, I feel amazing and all of the nutrients you get from this supplement is noticeable i think especially to those of us who don't eat meat.

Best to take right before you actually eat a meal. No burps or fishy taste if done at this time- at least for me it works.

Fish Oil capsules should not have a fishy aftertaste or a fishy burp. If they do that means that the fish oil is rancid.

It reads to take one 3 times a day with each meal. I take 2 or 3 a day and still feel and see benefits. But if I forget, my body can tell the differnce.

Will it make me break out?

I used to take fish oil supplements from Mrs. Green's, and while they made my nails phenomenal, my skin constantly broke out in the t-zone area. Will these pills do the same to me?? I don't know if I am willing to risk my complexion (which has improved greatly since I stopped the fish oil pills).

These omega 3's didn't cause my skin to breakout. Maybe it was just the brand you used. I can't comment on the claim of weight regulation but it made my skin gorgeous.
