I have some issues with scarring also (dark red that shows up just super on my cave-newt pale skin), and I can't really say I saw much of a result with the Clairisonic (although I really love it)...Clinique makes some good products geared towards fading scars (one for "dark spots" and at least one called "skin tone corrector"- I've had some great results with the latter. If you haven't tried the Clinique products, you might want to give them a try? Hope this helps!

I recently broke out due to a stress overload, and it was the worst I had broken out in my entire life. I've always suffered from acne and acne scars seemed to linger longer than they should. I've been on countless acne products such as Obagi, retin-a, differin, and doxycycline all of which worked, but I still had those acne scars. After using the clarisonic brush 2x a day for less than a week now, I can see definite imporvements in my skin tone. My acne scars are healing faster, I also contribute this to my pores being more susceptible to the acne and scar treatments. I would reccomend this product for anyone with problem skin, it's worth the splurge! I love my clarisonic so much, its what makes me wake up in the morning! I can't wait to see where my skin will be in a few months!

Well I just started using it, I have extremely oily skin, acne scars and I breakout all the time. My skin looked better after the first use though. Like more bright and the pores are getting better each day. My acne is really bright and red right now so hopefully it'll get better, I know it will. This brush really cleans my skin and it only gets oily twice a day now.

If you check this brush online, there are photos on their website of before and after. In one set of photos, it shows a forehead with a pimple in the 'before' but in the 'after' you notice that the pimple is gone. I think it would help with acne.
