This one has the handle you might not like. Try looking at Sephora brand brushes. A lot of them would work great with your mineral makeup and some have the longer handle you prefer

The full flawless brush is fuller than the buki. I think you can get good coverage with either. I personally prefer the full flawless because of the fullness and the handle. It feels easier to use and much quicker

I have both brushes and I definitely like this one better. It feels softer than the shorter brush and the bristles are long. I think it works great. Also works well for building coverage as you go. If you want more coverage than you first apply it's very easy to apply more without looking over done.

The Buki brush has firmer bristles that give full coverage when applying BE foundation. The Full Flawless Face brush is perfect for applying All Over Face colors or Mineral Veil. Products that you only need to use a little of so as to not look like they are "caked" on. I own both & use them both on a daily basis.

i have used both and the full flawless is MUCH MUCH softer and provides the same amount of coverage as the Buki if you apply it well. i have sensitive skin and the buki brush irritated my skin but the full flawless feels amazing.

answer 6
From having used both brushes I find that the Flawless brush gives you a lighter look then the Buki. It seems as if the Buki brush is a bit denser, so the make-up is applied heavier. I like that the Flawless brush isn't so dense because it's bristles are much softer. Plus with it I can decide how light or dark I want my make-up to go on.

I think the buki brush is supposed to give a heavier application. I have used both and like them both, but I believe the buki is for more full coverage (reference the dvd that comes with the starter kits).

The handle is longer, and the brush is fuller than the flawless application brush so it gives more coverage. And I think this one is softer than the other, the flawless application brush seems a little scratchy to me.

I think you can get nice medium coverage with any of the brushes you mentioned. I think if it were me, I'd go with the flawless face brush to start and if you like that go with it. If you decide on more coverage, I like the full flawless, but that depends on if you like having a handle on the brush. Bottom line is it's just personal preference.

Depending on the amount of coverage you are looking to apply, I would suggest the Kabuki or Handy Buki for foundation. The bristles are firmer and allow even, full application over the entire face. The Full Flawless Face brush is perfect for All-Over Face colors and Mineral Veil. If you are looking for sheer coverage when applying foundation, the Full Flawless Face brush would work for that as well.

When you go through the CD or read the instructions it tells you to use the kabuki brush for application. I find that tI prefer the full flawless brush myself. I will admit that if I am going out and want to be able to do touch up's throughout the day I bring the buki brush with me, just because it's smaller. But overall I like the full flawless. It's really just a matter of preference and what feels good to your face!

In comparision to the kabuki, I would say that it works best with blush and all over face colors rather than the mineral foundation. You could easily use it for that if you prefer, but I would recommend the kabuki for foundation application because you are able to buff and set your mineral foundation with better ease and control with the kabuki.

The most economical way is to buy some cetaphil cleanser and it does the same job as those expensive brush shampoos which I find unnecessary. Unless you're a make up artist investing money in a shampoo for a make up brush it is not worth it. Cetaphil is mild and if it's good enough for your own skin it sure is good enough for some brush bristles!

BE makes a great brush cleaner called Well-Cared For brush conditioning shampoo. It works great and one bottle lasts forever You can also try baby shampoo for a cheaper alternative that's easier to find.
Use a tissue before you wash to remove the excess makeup, then just use a pea-sized drop in your palm, wet the brush, and swirl the brush around in your palm for a few minutes, and then rinse clean and dry flat overnight on a clean towel.
Always angle the bristle part down so you don't get water into the handle part-water can weaken the glue that holds the bristles to the handle. If you use your brushes everyday you should try to wash them once a week to keep them hygenic and in good condition.

Most Bare Mineral brushes are made from natural hair. I use alcohol in a spray bottle to clean and disinfect my brushes daily. However I do like the Bare Minerals Well Cared for brush shampoo. It works very well but doesn't last very long. I suggest using a mild dish detergent or a baby shampoo to clean your brushes. I have also used the Quick Change brush cleaner in the past. However i don't like the scent. That's why I switched to plain alcohol.

Shorter than most other Foundation brushes I have, just barely fits in my makeup bag. On another note, I would not recommend buying this brush. It sheds bristles all over your face. I have tried everything to remove the shedding bristles before applying makeup, but nothing works.
