I have had mixed reviews of this product. At first, it was great and didn't crease that much and covered my dark circles well. Now, I noticed it creases horribly and look so cakey! I don't know what happened. I even set it with translucent powder. It looked awful!

it does tend to crease a little after a few hours- but i find that it doesn't do that if i set it with powder. Also, it is very blendable, but I find that it's easier to do it with my finger or with a beauty blender.

I have found no creasing or patchiness with the product. I do not use a large amount and maybe that has a lot to do with that problem. I do make sure that I moisturize prior to applying the product.

In my opinion this product does not blend as well as other liquid concealers. It comes out very watery and dries unusually fast. I really like the HD concealer palette. It is creamy and has a variety of shades in one palette so you can mix to match your perfect shade.

Eventhough I have dry skin the formula was too creamy and therefore creased on me.

Approximately how long will this "to go" size last me? Is it worth it to just buy the larger size?

I recently repurchased the small tube after a year. I have used it for concealing my under eyes and a few other areas of my face daily for a year. It was beginning to become drier and didn't look as nice so I knew it was time to replace it. A little goes a LONG way. I can't imagine what people do with the large size!!!

I got the mini size and I use it every single day under my eyes. It's lasted me something like 9 months so far and I'm still not out! The amount you have to use is so little that it has lasted me forever!

I have both, but I keep the mini in my purse. If you don't do this, buy the larger size, you will save a few dollars.

I bought this concealer after having it applied in the store. Definitely go IN STORE to test them out. Also, I usually go a shade LIGHTER than my foundation shade for concealer.

Not sure If this will help, but I wear light golden. I have dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. Pretty fair in winter, but tan in summer. I wear this color year around. Would think the medium beige might work?

I wouldn't waste my time with this concealer. I use to use it and loved it but it feels like they've reformulated and it's not as good as it use to be. I would get the HD concealer palette instead. It's creamy so it doesn't dry as fast (ie: immediately) as the Amazing brand does (you can better blend it). Plus there are a variety of shades in one palette so you can combine to customize and create your perfect shade.

Question
Watery consistency?
I just purchased a tube of this concealer and the consistency is extremely watery. As such, the coverage is buildable but very sheer. I don't remember it being like this when the make up artist applied it at the store. Did I get a defective tube or is this how it's supposed to be?

I'm pretty sure you got a defective tube, maybe it got really hot or something while being shipped?? I just ordered this, and it's very thick and super full coverage.

Oh wow, it should not be. Shake it up, please. I have a decade of experience with this stuff. Tip: Use more of the concealer on the inside of the eye where it is darkest (by the nose) and LESS as you head towards the temples. A little setting powder may be in order for some ladies. Experiment.

My consistency wasn't quite watery, but it was definitely more sheer than I would like. I would say it was more oily than watery. I did get this in a sample, though, and since I had to cut the top off, it dried out a little over time, which made it thicker. If I need to dry out a product, though, it makes me not want to purchase the full size.

That doesn't sound "normal." Mine is very creamy, not watery at all. Try shaking up the tube, or returning it. You can test the creaminess on Sephora's floor.

mine last 2 tubs were creamy on the thicker side - not watery. I would exchange it (or try to shake it in the tube, or push it around to mix it). It truly is an amazing concealer so keep trying to get one that's creamy.

None of them are yellow enough to counteract the red. They are all a little peachy for the undereye area or blue/green/gray/brown imperfections, but not well suited to cover red.

I have this concealer in Ivory, which is the lightest color. I have very fair skin, like transparent. I was advised to go this light because I apply it underneath my eyes. I would apply it on other places of my face because I am just that pale! But... I think that most people would go darker if applying this anywhere else other than than under the eyes. I hope this helps!

I am fair skinned with a neutral undertone and bluish circles under my eyes. I use the lightest shade available and I only use it underneath my eyes because it ends up being a bit too light anywhere else. My skin tone would best be comparable to Kristen Stewart.

Question
What can you really use this for?
I was wondering if you could use this under eye to cover up dark circles, and on any blemishes like pimples or redness. I had heard that this creases A LOT under the eye. I was looking for a concealer that was multipurpose and waterproof/ water resistant.

In my experience it does crease a lot under my eyes but it flawless on my face to cover acne and scarring. I still use a little bit mixed with some of my lighter foundation as a sort of in between under eye concealer for now. I am still looking for that perfect under eye concealer though.

Product is emollient so, I am not sure about covering blemishes on oily skin. I'd dry and so it's perfect for me. BTW it's common for people to make the mistake of using too light a concealer and so you must watch out you don't actually HIGHLIGHT what you are trying to minimize.

I'm a NW15 and I'm stuck between fair and light golden. I went to try them on and The difference is minimal. I think if I squinted very hard, fair looked better on my face and light golden looked better under my eyes because the the slightly darker color covered my dark circles better I suppose. Since you are slightly darker than me I highly recommend you try light golden. But I got a sample in Medium Beige and after blending that out, it seemed to work too. I wouldn't suggest anything darker than Medium beige. Try light golden sure!
