Yes! It works great to remove foundation from your brushes. Spray a bit onto a tissue or on the brush and swirl it into a tissue to remove product from the bristles.

The daily brush cleaner is for brushes that are not completely saturated. It is a light cleaner for daily use. For brushes that are used for liquid foundation I would recommend the purifying brush shampoo for a deeper clean.

yes, this product can be used with brushes that are used for liquid foundations. This is where I find this product most useful since liquid foundations tend to build up on your brush more quickly and using left-over foundation on my brush from the previous day can sometimes cause small bumps on my skin.

That's a strange question. Don't you use a sponge for liqid foundation and wash with soap and water when it gets a buildup of product? You dont apply liquid makeup with a blush/brozer brush.

With my foundation brush, I use three squirts then wipe on a towel & repeat once more. This works well, but I still wash the brush once a week with brush shampoo.

I have sensitive skin and have never had a problem. Remember, it's a brush cleaner, not a make-up remover. Wipe your tools thoroughly on a clean tissue or cloth before re-using and shampoo your brushes at least once a week to remove contaminants.

If you are worried about it, I would use baby shampoo. If you use this, then wet it to get all the product out. Only use this to get the make up. Again wet after cleaning. And maybe every few weeks clean with baby shampoo.

My skin sometimes has the occasional acne flare but it is not caused by this product. It should not make your acne any worse and with the antibacterial properties it may help your skin.

I also have acne-prone skin and I think that cleaning your brushes is imperative to not spread around more bacteria. I use the brush cleaner daily and have had no problems in that area.

Yes, it can be used on foundation brushes, I usually just spray it directly on the brush so it can seep between the bristles. However I have found that if your liquid makeup is water resistant or waterproof the spray tends to not completely remove all the make up. If you use mineral or powder foundation it works great!

YES! I use it everyday for my foundation brush.. but you will still need a cleaner to give your brushes a good clean every couple of weeks, this is more to clean the surface of the brush, and keep the brushes conditioned. Hope this helps!

Use the brush cleanser after you apply color to maintain your brushes longer. I use it by spraying it on a paper towel and gently rub the brushes clean. For a deeper clean weekly (for make up artists), monthly (for normal make up wearers), us a brush bath or shampoo.

This product is very easy to use, I usually spray it on a paper towel and just run my eye brushes across the towel a few times, or on my larger face brushes, I just spray two times directly on the brush and then wipe off. NO RINSING NEEDED : )

I also have sensitive skin and have not noticed this product giving me any problems, nor have I noticed that it leaves any residue on the brushes. Just make sure the brushes have enough air to dry completely, always.

I have fair and sensitive skin and I have not noticed any problems with this and I have been using it everyday for about two weeks. As long as you let it dry overnight after you spray it on (don't use the brush wet) it should be fine!

It actually dries pretty fast. You only need to spray a little bit on the brush. I use a white towel to wipe so I can see how clean the brush is by the amount of makeup that wipes onto the towel.

i spray a paper towel, instead of the brushes, so they don't stay damp for more than a minute or so. for cream brushes i spray the brush and don't reuse the brush until the next day usually.

Yes, definitely does contain alcohol. Hasn't been a problem for my brushes though. I think it seems worse than it is if you know what I mean. The good news is that since there's alcohol your brushes dry really fast. This is NOT a thorough clean but a good in between when you're not at home.

It will take off waterproof, just clean it right away. I usually soak the tissue to get the brush more saturated and it will break down the product. Remember to always keep your bristles pointed down so that liquid won't go up the ferrule and deteriorate the glue

Hey! I use it to clean my eyeliner brush that I use with my gel liner and it works pretty well. You may have to help guide the excess liner off of the brush but it definitely cleans the brush well!

I use a brush to apply my gel eyeliner as well, and before I purchased this spray my brushes were really gross. After purchasing this spray, it made the world of a difference for all of my brushes, including my eyeliner brush! I highly recommend this!!

I also use waterproof products and gel based liners & for me this cleaner works great and effectively removes even the darkest pigmented colors. Definately worth a try, It also dries very fast.

I tested it with a liquid liner (that sets) that I practically have to scrub off my eyes and it did leave some liner on the brush. I had to use the brush shampoo to remove it completely. It works impecably on normal waterproof gels and liners.

Hi,
It's more superficial than the brush shampoos which should be used once a week or more. It's excellent, and I clean my brushes daily and do a deep clean at least once a week. My brushes look and perform like new, and some are over 10 years old.

I mostly use it to take off the powder pigments (eyeshadows, blushes, etc) in between weekly brush washings. I have used it to take off cream concealer from my concealer brush, but because of the thickness of the concealer it cannot get into the deep bristles of the brush to remove all of the cream. That is what brush shampoo is for. Use this for a quick color change for your brushes.
