I use Johnson's baby shampoo to clean my brushes. Note that an anti-bacterial spray will not keep away the flu virus unless it contains alcohol. Not sure if this one does.

Baby shampoo will indeed clean your brush, but will not rid from any bacteria, which is dire especially around eye areas and lips! Using the Daily Brush Cleaner is east and hardly takes time at all, it conditions your brushes as well as getting rid of bacteria!

I heard that as well, but you have to watch out because a lot of baby shampoos are not anti-bacterial, and some have fragrances. I wouldn't risk paying for baby shampoo then possibly having problems with it, do you really want to risk hurting your brushes? In addition this product versus baby shampoo are similar in price.

about three spritz on the brush after using it then airdry, so it will be clean for the next use. if changing color, spray then wipe with clean cloth/tissue.
