NO. This is just water. If anything, this will displace/melt your sunscreen if you use it over your sunscreen.

Well, besides the propellant (the chemicals that cause it to come out of the can) it is simply water. But it's purified, so it will not contain the normal irritants such as chlorine in it that tap water does. If you want a spray with good ingredients I would suggest the Caudilie grape water spray.

I wouldn't see why not. It's just atomized water. I use it at sporting events in the summer. I keep it in a cooler and then mist myself when I get overheated. It's great. My skin is dry, so I'm not using it for moisturizing--it's not strong enough for me for that.

If it is good enough for your face then I would assume it is more gentle and more 'researched' than other products.

Question
Spray removes perspiration?
I'm sure the description is referring to perspiration on the face but can this product be used on your arm pits? I have read many reviews and no one has mentioned doing this. Has anyone tried it?

I have not tried this and I don't plan on it. you could use it in this way and I guess it would feel good but it's pretty classless unless you do it behind closed doors. spraying your armpits with water? come on, really? I'd laugh so hard if I saw someone doing that.

I'm sure it would work great for that. as a dancer i've brought it with me after class for a quick clean up, and my husband does capoeira and I'll get him one so he can freshen up before getting on the train to come home.

What makes it "special" than mineral water in a travel spritzer?
I own this product and I love it, but what makes it more beneficial than adding bottled water to an empty travel spritzer container from the beauty supply store? Just curious!

it's aerosol. you could put water in a spray bottle and do the same thing - but the water will come out in larger droplets and wouldn't be ideal (especially if you are looking for something to set your makeup). this also doesn't cause your makeup to run when you use it.

The atomizer on the nozzle is extremely fine - so the product comes out like a mist, not a spray. This is important if you are using it on your face and don't want to disturb any makeup application.

well, it is sterile so it comes out without the contaminants you'd get if you just put regular water in a spritzer.

yes, just get the big one. it's worth the extra $ since you get substantially more. but I would also get the travel sizes because you can take those with you. the small ones do not last very long.

Worth the price. Live in the desert with hard water. Use this on a cotton pad to remove makeup. Also spray to set makeup. Skin feels softer for sure!

A small bottle, if you keep using it through out the day lasts about two weeks. But a regular sized bottle lasts a pretty long time. If you keep using it a lot through out the day, it will probably last about a month and a half. Which is pretty good.

i have an oily tzone. this wont remove the oil, its just water, but if you spray your face periodically with it, youll notice youre less oily. it hydrates your face and the more hydrated your face, the less oil it needs to produce. :)

answer 2
No, it will not remove oil from your face. It is just water which is misted on very finely. Spraying water on your face will not remove oil. In regard to sweat, this is cooling and refreshing, and *maybe* displaces/rehydrates the dry sweat (and salt) on your face by adding water. It will not simply make those things disappear, though.

My face gets really oily too. It doesnt really remove the oils, once it drys or evaporates off your skin it may take the shine away for a little while, but it will come back.

what's the difference between Evain and regular drinkable mineral water?
seems that it is just regular mineral water with an unusual bottle?

Funny enough, for the price there should be a heck of a difference but there is actually none. It's exactly the same as what's in the bottles at the grocery store/gas station, etc. Nitrogen is listed as a propellant. What you're paying for is really just the bottle and the sprayer which lightly mists the product.
I suppose that there could be less contamination in this packaging than a water bottle, but since bacteria is present in all bottled waters this will only keep more bacteria from coming in, not keep the bacteria that's already in the water from breeding in the bottle.

This is not a fancy drinking water bottle; it's Evian in a compressed form. It contains a propellant (nitrogen). It's a mist to use over your face and skin to refresh and hydrate it. It's not really the same as a bottle of Evian in its liquid form. If you want to drink Evian, I would go and buy a bottle at the grocery store. If you want a refreshing, hydrating mist for your face and skin to restore moisture and purify, then use this; it's great.
