At the same time, they hydrate skin to reduce the appearance of discoloration and dullness on areas where hyperpigmentation occurs. The result is immediately improved radiance and gives maximum results in six weeks.

I use it on my face when it's dry. I'm not sure that applying to wet skin wouldn't dilute it.

Brightening cleanser and then pods at night. There is no need to use the cleanser in the morning, it is slightly abrasive and you skin is not in need of cleaning.

Yes. That's what I used it for on my face, and on scars (mosquito bites) on my shoulders and arms. It took a couple of courses but I significantly lightened the majority of the scars and was very pleased with the end result.

It is not drying at all, in fact it seems to moisturize and maybe even exfoliate. The skin where I sue it was a bit rough, but after a couple of treatments, the skin was softer and back to normal. Also I have not had any breakouts where I use it.

Question
Can I use more than once/day?
The store manager advised once per day at night. Also, do you apply to entire face? I was given a few as samples and I don't have the instructions.

Once a day and at night, your store manager is right. I have their cleanser which I use first. It is slighty abrasive. In the morning I just use water, the DDL moisturer and DDF nourishing eye cream before before applying my makeup.

Yes, use this product before your moisturizer, but make sure you're moisturizer has sunscreen in it or put a sunscreen on top... you'll be wasting your money, as well as your time, if you are not using a sunscreen.

As far as I know there is not a money back guarantee, from DDF, individual stores may offer you one. I have very fair, fragile skin, it does lighten on my skin type . Also avoid SUN at all costs, always wear sun block.
