No, they are not in metal pans. If you have a gloss or somethign you can scrape out of its container (something like maybe Stila convertible color), you could pack it into the palette once a spot it empty.

They are not removable, but it's in a small, light compact. Easy to transport in any purese or clutch.

No metal pans, the glosses are in a clear acrylic (not the black shown in the picture)

I suppose you could scrape out the colors you don't like in the palette and replace w/other thick glosses or lipsticks

I'm curious too. If you google Sephora Lip Gloss you'll see lots of references to people having allergic reactions to it. Seems pretty unusual to have that many people have a reaction.

Do the shades come in individual lipsticks, stains, or glosses?

My roommate has this palette and let me borrow it once for a show I was in. I used the sheer amethyst shimmer and it looked AMAZING (not tooting my own horn, it just really really complemented my skin tone perfectly) on me. I couldn't find anything on the website also in this color, but I'm wondering if maybe I just missed it somehow or something. I would prefer a lip stain above all else, but really any will do.
