I have similar skin, I would definitely get the clear complexion toner, it works wonders on my skin!

A Sephora advisor recommended this toner to my husband for his combination skin, and he seems to like it.
It's going to take some trial and error to figure out what you like. It's ok to mix brands for this routine.
I can only share what's worked with me. I'm caucasian, and I have combination skin that tends to be congested and a bit oily, but sensitive.
I love this toner, and I think it's contributed to clearing up some minor acne and consistent congestion on my face. I wash my face with honey because it's naturally antibacterial and also moisturizing (nondrying), I follow that with this toner, and then with Nude Skincare's gel moisturizer (NOT cream based moisturizers in any brand w/ the congestion I normally have--took a while to figure that out). I also use different types of masks 3-5 times a week--pore refining, complexion clearing, all different brands. I also use a gel-based eye cream to hydrate the under eye and try to prevent wrinkling.
Good luck in your trial and error. If you have a sephora store nearby, buy directly there so you can return if something doesn't work for you or irritates your skin.

This product can definitley be used in place of a toner, you spray it on your face before your moisturizer right after you cleanse. Refreshing and non drying.

I recommend Boscia's toners and their Oil Free Daily Hydration with SPF 15. Hope this helps.
