The 1 & 2 oz bottles are not refillable. The 3 oz bottles are. If you use the fragrance every day, as I do, then the refillable bottles save money in the long run. Be sure to ask the perfume specialist if the bottle you are about to buy is refillable.

Lotion is AWESOME also... it has a slight glittery effect.. and when layered with just a spray.. and I mean ONE literal spray... You will have an all day wear and lasting scent...

I just went through the same decision myself. I chose the body cream. It comes in a beautiful container that looks like an amethyst crystal. I live in a desert climate so I like the richer moisturizing of the cream. It melted right into my skin and isn't at all greasy. Personally I was thinking the cream for winter and trying the lotion for summer. The cream comes with a cute little amethyst colored spatula if you don't want to dig your fingers into the container. First cream I have that provides that luxury touch. Nice.

I would go with the cream to me it seems to last longer.

I use both cream and lotion. For day I use the lotion as it has a light yet lingering scent and then I spritz the parfume on after I apply it. For night time or a night out on the town, I layer the luxurious cream (keeps my skin moist and touchable )with my parfume to have a longer lasting scent.

I have both the lotion and cream. The lotion absorbs quickly and the cream seems to be more moisturizing. Both a lil goes a long way! I bought the lotion over a year ago and use it every other time I shower, so like 3 times a week. The bottle is a lil more than half way gone. The cream I just aquired and it seems it will last even longer. The scent seems to last longer w the lotion, though. Leaves your skin feeling oh so pampered! No wonder his body products are so much money. You get what you pay for! Another thing is his body products, lotion and cream, actually smell like the parfum. I don't think most designer's lotions or creams even smell close to the fragrances they are a match with, but Mugler's smell the same. Whatever you choose, no wrong can be done. Have fun shopping!

TM has an online sight you can register once you buy a bottle.. each box has a secret code that is specific to you.. and will keep track and record of your refills and sells.. It is very mystical and neat !!!

The one ounce bottle is refillable if you buy the actual refillable bottle. To find out if your bottle is refillable, lift up on the sprayer portion of the piece and it should come right off. Then you can unscrew the other part that actually sprays the perfume!

The best way to try Alien is to go to your local cosmetics store, I live in Canada and the Bay, Sears or Holt Renfrew will almost always have samples of Alien. Alien smells different on everyone as it settles, so to be sure to try it out! Also I would think that stores like Macy's or Bergdorf Goodman may have samples as well

Yes, Alien is refillable. The box that you got the original perfume in should have come with instructions, if not carry on reading:
1)All you do is hold the sides of the top part (the gold sides) and simply twist anti-clockwise.
2) The lid should then come off
3) You will see the nozzle, simply twist off, and refill

Just the second 2oz. bottle is refillable, the others are not. When you go to pick a bottle with the specific size that you want, if you read the info to the right near where it gives you the price it states that one of them is refillable. I hope that this is helpful.

No, it does not. I've checked in store and the only way you're going tog et the product out is by purchasing one of the "refillable stones" and placing the old spray cap onto the refillable bottle.

No the refill does not have a spray top. You can use it to fill the 3 oz bottle. and it works out cheaper in the long run. I guess you could just dabb it on if you wanted or buy and atomizer to use.

I asked the exact same question to a lady at the sales counter the other day for the exact same reason, and unfortunately, the answer is no. :-( The 2 oz refill bottle only pours, apparently. Although you could pour it into a generic bottle and spray it that way, but I don't think it'd be as pretty, as weird as that sounds! Or even if you got Sephora to make you a sample you could keep refilling it with the 2oz, but I feel like I would be somewhat less satisfied that way. Silly!

I purchased the bottle {or Stone, as it is stated in the paper work that I recieved when I bought the bottle. I would ask for help at Sophora's. The next time I need a refill ,I will ask for the refill only.
