I've tried the Priming Serum and I think it's a great start. Follow with a light foundation or tinted moisturizer and some strategically placed, quality concealer (I like Lorac for under the eye and Benefit's Erase Paste for those difficult areas). Get Even powder by Benefit is also a good product - finish your makeup look with it for a smooth complexion that hides pores and shine well without that caked-on makeup look. The idea is to use good quality makeup in moderation so as not to look too made-up. Also, stay away from anything shimmery! It will just highlight problem areas. Good Luck!

This product alone is most likely not going to give your skin a more even appearance. This will just prep your skin by slightly evening out the skin's surface in preparation for whatever foundation coverage you choose to apply and will also help that makeup look better, wear better, and last longer. For the type of flawless complexion and coverage you seem to be looking for, I would recommend a makeup line such as Bare Minerals. It is a loose-powder makeup that conceals and gives excellent coverage, all while looking light and natural and not heavy or caked-on. I, too, have problem skin, blotchy, uneven skin tone, and blemishes and have struggled for years to find a good makeup product, but have been very pleased with the results provided by the Bare Minerals line of makeup and skincare products. Hope this helps!

This is the only FX product I have used. It is perfect for your uneven skintone, But for the pits and pores I think Kinerase has the best line for that. It shrunk my pores, but it's a little pricey. My brother-in-law in really happy with Murad's pore and pit treatment.

It certainly helped with my very large pores. I have oily skin and I have noticed that my pores are not as noticeable when I use this under my makeup.
