Classic Pointed Liner/Eyeliner Brush #17

Classic Pointed Liner/Eyeliner Brush #17

What it is:This brush lines your lids with extreme precision. What it does:The super-fine point lets you control how thick or thin you want your liner to be, and the short handle makes for easy maneuvering. The brush is designed to do most of the work, so you don't need to use a lot of pressure. (Hence, effortless application for an otherwise problem-prone practice.) And thanks to synthetic bristles, it's good to use on creams, powders, and liquids.

answer 1
I use this brush with cake eyeliner and it works very well. Bristles are a little stiffer than what I was used to, but have found that it actually works better than a softer brush to keep liner just where I want.

Im pretty sure you can just make sure to clean it when your done because the cake liner might damage the bristles.

You can use this wet or dry...depends on your mood if you want to go heavy or light! Just don't forget to wipe of the brush or you'll get it all over your makeup bag.

Yes, I used it with cake eye liner and dipped it in water first before using the cake eye liner. It worked very well and gave a precision fine line and handled very well.

Yes! I do this all the time. Simply wet the brush and evenly apply some of the cake eyeliner and or whatever product you want. The best thing about this brush is it applies things very smoothly.

I love this brush for getting a very fine line with gel eyeliners. If that's what you're looking for, I can't say enough good things about it.

Not sure if the platinum is back in stock, but I bought #17 classic and it works beautifully for either detailed or more robust lining. Hope that helps!
