This product is to aid in the toning of your body. There is no cream or gel that will induce weight-loss, that can only come from exercise.

I wouldn't necessarily say it helps you loose weight. It tightens your skin and helps loose some cellulite. It also smooths your skin where you apply it and gives it a cool and soothing touch of relief!

It will not help you lose weight; but it can help tighten up the skin. Like any product one bottle won't result permanent results. But with exercise and eating right - it does help tighten up some of my trouble spots. Not like a girdle, but my skin feels better and I think it looks more toned.

I haven't tried FatGirlSlim... but I can tell you that LoveHandler works. I'm exactly your weight and trying to slim down myself. Same areas, mid section and a bit on the thighs. I use the product mostly on both areas. Love it.

I'm not sure if it works on tightening up the skin else where; but I often rub the excess on my upper arms (where the chicken flap begins) and along with exercise and weightlifting (nothing heavy, just to keep my muscles in some sort of shape) it does seem to help.

Just remember, it won't help one lose weight, but it does help tighten up the skin - but you have to keep using.

Moisturizer
I have very dry skin so I always lotion my whole body after shower. With Lover handler do I still need lotion or is the product itself contain moisturizing ingredients? If I still need lotion do I just apply lotion on top of Love Handler? Thanks!

This product does contain a small amount of moisture to your skin. However to be honest if you have dry skin, apply the product first, let the product completely absorbe then add your body lotion.

It absorbs into the skin pretty quickly but doesn't seem to have any lasting moisturizing properties. I'd still use lotion - perhaps afterward so that the love handler soaks in first and then your lotion can provide a barrier. Just a guess.

It's like a lotion. I put it on right after my AM shower and sometimes just before a workout. It's not a moisturizing lotion; but I don't see any difference in the way it works when I use another lotion on top for moisture.

Okay, it depends on your definition of "works." It will not automatically give you a toned tummy, nor will it make you lose weight. But it does help tighten up the skin around my stomach, butt and upper arms.

I'm well into my 40s and the elasticity of my skin was waning. Even with exercise and (for the most part) eating right, I noticed that I still looked kind of flabby. This isn't a super potion, but it does help! Unfortunately like anything else, when you quit using it; it the skin will keep progressing with age.

Question
Should I buy this or FatGirlSlim?
I have developed a pudgy tummy in recent months, but otherwise am slim and healthy at 14 years and 105 pounds. I do an intense cardio workout around 1-2 times per week in addition to swimming.

Considering my target is my abs, is FatGirlSlim a better choice? I want to only start with one product, because it's on the costlier side and some people haven't noticed results.

I'd suggest the love handler is you're just focusing on your tummy area.

Honestly, neither will help you lose fat. You are still young and definitely going through the body changes (hormones, growth spurts, etc). I like the love handler because I'm over 40 - yikes, to a teen that probably sounds very old! And my skin isn't as elastic as yours is now. So this helps my stomach skin feel and I think look tighter.
You can try either (I do like both) but you are healthy, exercising, active and I'm assuming eating right ... your body will settle in around 18 (usual age) and the "pudge" will disappear as long as you keep active!
I don't usually discourage people from buying things, but a firming/moisturizing lotion (look for them at the stores) could be better for you as you have young skin!!
Keep doing what you are doing and I am willing to bet you will lose that tummy!! Good luck!

Depending on when you work out. I use it right after my AM shower and on the weekends - before the AM shower when I hit the gym - I'll apply it. Honestly not sure if it makes a difference; but I do love the cool, tingle when I apply before a workout! Kind of wakes me up and gets me going to the gym!

Hey! I really loved it both ways. I like to apply it before working out and than after showering when I get home. I think you're more likely to sweat if off before working out but the tingly sensation kind of gets me going through hard sessions running and at the gym. Hope that helps :)

Question
Will this help lose, extra skin tone up?
I've had children and gained alot of weight when I was pregnant. After both pregnancies I lost all of the weight but no matter what I do the extra skin in my lower belly is still there. Will this help tone it up more than I have already? I know that there is no way to get rid of it but to have a tummy tuck but I thought this might help?

It might help tighten up the skin. It's not a permanent solution; I once ran out and had to wait a couple of weeks till I could get more and I felt like I had lost some of the elasticity from my stomach. But you are right; just short of a tummy tuck... it can't do that.
