Apply it BEFORE a workout.

Depending on when you work out. I use it right after my AM shower and on the weekends - before the AM shower when I hit the gym - I'll apply it. Honestly not sure if it makes a difference; but I do love the cool, tingle when I apply before a workout! Kind of wakes me up and gets me going to the gym!
doesnt really matter but I'd say after.

I have been using it for about 2 weeks. On weekends I work out before my shower, after my shower I apply it, then later before bed I apply more. On weekdays I wake up, shower apply some, get ready, work out, shower, then apply more before bed.

Hey! I really loved it both ways. I like to apply it before working out and than after showering when I get home. I think you're more likely to sweat if off before working out but the tingly sensation kind of gets me going through hard sessions running and at the gym. Hope that helps :)
