Depends what your skin needs are. I really didn't have good luck with this product but have had good results with the "even better" line.

This is a light moisturizer that treats/prevent breakouts with benzoyl peroxide so only use it if you have oily skin that breaks out.

I haven't used the Redness Solutions Moisturizer before, but after experience with the acne moisturizer, I wouldn't replace what your were using before. I had mild acne (I'm now using Bliss' "No Zit Sherlock" cleanser and moisturizer and Philosophy's Purity Made Simple Cleanser - my skin is so smooth and a lot clearer now), and all the acne solutions moisturizer did was made my skin breakout, dry it, and make it even red (the blemishes, as well as the areas around it and my face in general). If you have skin like me or similar, I wouldn't recommend buying it.

This moisturizer reduces redness and helps prevent shine and breakouts at the same time. I'd recommend it over the redness cream.

No, the redness solution moisturizer does not work instead of the acne clearning Moisturizer. I find I dont need to use all 3 steps of the acne solutions line but the Clearing Moisturizer is the most important step! I often need a second moisturizer because the acne solutions one isn't enough. That's where the redness solution moisturizer comes in.
