Spray a decent amount of the Sephora Collection Daily Brush Cleaner on a paper towel and swirl the brush to remove the product off of the brush. Use the Sephora collection Shampoo 1-2x a week to keep brushes extra clean.

answer 2
I use the Sephora brand antibacterial spray to clean all my brushes including this one. Just spray the head of the brush with 3 or 4 good spritzes (since this is a thick brush), and then rub the bristles onto a clean paper towel. Make sure to open up the bristles and clean deep into the brush as well. Let dry, and you're all done.

i clean it with baby shampoo or any shampoo i have. i even put conditioner on it from time to time since its real hair (some might say no but i just do it anyways). if there is product caked on, put olive oil on a napkin and do back and forth strokes on the napkin witht he brush, then wash it with mild shampoo to clean. rinse it out and then lay it flat to dry after re-shaping it

You can clean this brush by using sephoras brush cleaning products, or you can swig it in a sink with a gentle shampoo and luke warm water. Stand brush upright to dry it.

answer 5
This brush is a little tricky to clean because it's so big. I've noticed a high bristle fall-out in both of mine. I use warm water and hand soap. I do not directly put the soap on my brush, I put it in my hand and then draw the brush through it. Then I massage the bristles (while holding the brush vertical with the bristles facing the floor) and try not to push the bristles into itself.

After rinsing i roll it in a towel and squeeze the excess water out, and then let it air dry upside down (i use a hair clip, and clip it to the towel rod). I use a hairdryer on all my other brushes, but because of the high fall-out I let this one 100% air dry.

On all my brushes I usually use a little shampoo on water. Let it dry well over night.

I would be very careful when washing this brush because when I washed it with baby shampoo it completely lost it's shape! It's really fluffy now and not as dense...I would recommend asking an employee at sephora before you try washing it.

I've never seen this brush on sale, but its worth the money. It's much cheaper than other bronzer brushes on the market, and just as good. I use it for bronzer, highlighters, and blushes. I buy this as gifts for my friends and family too.

Bronzer is any kind of powder (loose or pressed), cream, spray, or liquid makeup that is used to give your skin a more tan appearance. It can either be shimmery or matte. This brush, however, should only be used with powder form make-up. Hope this helps!

bronzer is usually 1 to 2 shades darker than your foundation/ complexion. it can be used to give definition, to contour and give you a " tan" appearance without the need of sun. i use it primarily to add a sun-kissed look to my face especially in the winter months.

Bronzer is a powder or liquid that when you put it on your face or certain areas of your body, you look as if youve spent the weekend on the beach and got a healthy, natural looking tan.

bronzer is like a dark powder. some people use it like a blush, others use it all over their exposed skin to make it look slightly tan. I use it only when I already have a tan. If too much is applied, it looks orange. It's best to buy a brush like this to "swirl" it on, and blend it well. It looks reeeeally good during the summer months.

Question
Did anyone else's brush really fluff out after washing it?
I just used baby shampoo to wash out my brushes and washed this one for the first time. Only now, it's not compact like it used to be and has really taken the function of the brush away. I've never had this issue before and I'm really disappointed.

Mine did from washing and also using it. I'm totally pimping out the SEPHORA COLLECTION Pro Flawless Light Powder Brush #50. It applies bronzer way better than the #44 and it hasn't puffed out, probably because the hair is synthetic. You may want to ask, but the #44 brush may puff out more because it has natural hair.

If you let it air dry, try washing again and use a blow dryer to dry it out. That may help to fluff it back up.

Well the one I bought sheds on my face everyday. I am contemplating returning it and trying the synthetic version. I has great coverage and its pretty soft on my face. I use it with the Dior Airspray and it works great. I just can't stand having to pick the bristles off my face.

in my experience, this brush does NOT shed. I usually 'comb' a new brush gently with my fingers, and all loose bristles will come out. this brush did NOT shed; it is extremely high quality, and well worth the money. keep it clean- wash gently with a moisturizing soap or shampoo and dry flat. never wash with hot only tepid water. once a month I pack my wet brushes with hair conditioner and rinse them; it keeps the bristles super-soft.

answer 5
This is a well-crafted brush which should not leave bristles on the face. You should cleanse this brush weekly using Sephora Purifying Brush Shampoo. Just make sure to lie the brush flat to dry, which prevents water from getting in the ferrule of the brush (which is often the cause of shedding; water dissolves the glue holding the bristles in place).

Looking for a bronzer brush for sheer & light application
Hi all, I keep looking at reviews for bronzer brushes and I am getting confused now. I seek one that will apply a light, sheer glow of bronzer without skips and blotches of color. Any suggestions for me?

Don't get #44, I recommend SEPHORA COLLECTION Pro Flawless Light Powder Brush #50. I got #44 and was disappointed with how heavily my bronzer was applied. With the #50 my bronzer looks a lot more natural. Smaller, lighter bristles do the trick I believe!

It's more about application than brush. If you want a lighter applicator (but still want definition), try a blush brush. This brush works best when you swirl the brush in the powder, and on your skin. Because of the density of the bristles, you have to really practice the application, or you'll end up orange. After a solid fail, I haven't had trouble since.
