I have medium blonde cool toned hair and I use the slate color. It is perfect for cool tone blondes because it will not turn red or orange. It is a light taupe color and looks very natural. It is not as dark as the swatch appears on the website.

The Blonde will have stronger yellow/golden undertones, while the caramel will be warmer and will be slightly darker.

The Carmel has a warm golden undertone. I have light skin with pinkish undertones. It turned yellow orange on me. My eyebrows are sparse and have turned grayish. My hair color is light brown with blonde(natural).

My eyebrows were beginning to become an unflattering brownish grey blond mix. After having my brows lightened to my blondish hair color, brown pencils looked fake. This brow gel looks great--just brush it through or it looks chunky and can feel hard. I'm loving it--my 23 yr old daughter remarked about how great I looked--only change--brow gel.

If I were you I would get the carmel. It's a very creamy, light color when you apply it. If you apply a lot of it you can make your brows a bit darker, with a nice glimmer look. I love the carmel. I have brown brows.

The blonde color is very golden.... i am not sure about the caramel. So it depends on the shade you are looking for. I wear a lot of gold and would have preferred to have something other then a gold hued product.

Question
Which Color?
Hi, I'm a fair skinned redhead with blond highlights and green eyes. Eyebrows are light brown, and get very sparse towards the ends. Tried the blond/taupe and it gives a fuller look to brows, but I think I need more color, more oomph, just not sure which one. My eyebrows do not have any red in them so I'm leery of the caramel which looks red to me. Any ideas? Thanks!

go with caramel if you want your hair and brows the same color and don't mind them being warm toned but not red, and blonde is much sheerer but still will enhance your brows. my brows too have no red they are pure blonde and i have natural red hair, i have medium red hair with some coppery strawberry blonde mixed in but caramel matched my hair pretty perfectly it is a little dark though (but matches my hair)

I think you should try the caramel color again. I have blond hair as well and when I tried the caramel color in the store it looked good maybe due to their lighting. However, when I got home I realized that it was too dark for my hair. I would not go higher than the caramel color because it will be too much of a contrast between your hair and eyebrows. Or maybe you can mix two colors if you really think you can go darker.

I have dark blonde hair and green eyes. I use the espresso color. It's a little darker than my eyebrows but looks great. It's an ashy color so there is no red in it at all. You can go to the store and try it out, if possible.

Caramel is your color! It isn't as red as it might appear on the screen swatch. I am a blonde and I go back and forth between the blonde and the caramel depending on summer/winter or how much color I want. It doesn't look at all red on me.

Sometimes I use the brow liner to fill in, but it is not necessary. The brow gel should tint and thicken the hair in your brows, and even fill in sparse or "naked" areas. You cannot colour in an entire brow with the gel, but it goes a long way towards making your brows look amazing!!

I have thinner light colored brows & wanted something to fill them in & make them stand out. You can either just color the brow hair that is already existing, or you can put it on heavier & then use another brow brush & brush over it, this will put some of the color onto the skin, making it look like you have a fuller brow.

Yes this gives appearance of great thicker brows and fills in the surrounding skin around it as well. The benefit gimme brow I was going to purchase but then I saw the quantity of product...anastasia gives way more product with a bigger brush to apply if in a rush and both are around the same range in pricing. I went with Anastasia tinted brow gel, it has more range of colors to choose from, much more product, looks natural and is a better value for what your paying for~

Dear Insider, I have blonde hair and at first I thought the blonde gel would be to light, but the consistency and long-lasting affect makes my brows look very natural and defined. When i go out at night, I add just a touch of a blonde pencil (very little) for a dramatic affect. Sounds to me your brows have some brown in them, I recommend the caramel, if that is the next color up from blonde. Good Luck. I hope this helps!

Question
Does the expresso shade a warm reddish brown or a more cooler brown
I have brown black hair, but my eyebrows look gray. I just find using black brow pencils/powders look harsh on my skin tone. But if i use a warm brown shade it looks to obvious and they just look fake. Can anyone recomend a shade. I hear granite is more of a taupey grey, but i don't hear anyone with darker hair colors wear this shade.

My hair color is a warm golden brown (chocolate) and I use the espresso shade. It is kind of a cooler brown, not reddish and it works for me. I think it would work well with your hair color; eyebrows are never an exact match to your hair anyways, and if it wasn't exact I'm sure no one would notice. It's a great product!

Hi, hope this helps! My sister is a pretty fair skin color and has Jet Black hair and uses taupe which I think looks great on her. I have tan skin with light brown hair and I use espresso which is a great dark brown color. We attempted to interchange them between each other, it doesn't work! The espresso looked too dark on her and the taupe wayyyy to light on me. I would really make the trip to the store before buying online

Espresso is VERY dark - almost black or black. I have very dark brown hair and eyebrows - very dark brown but not black - and I love the Granite color. I don't have any gray (yet?) but this is still a perfect shade for me. The Espresso would work but it's super dark and just a bit too much for my liking. Try the Granite - I think it will work for what you need as you describe it. But I haven't seen it on line and had to go to the store for it. If you do go to the store, you can always try the tester. Hope this helps.

When applying, the brush should be above your brow and parallel to your face but turned at a 45 degree angle. As you work your way from the center out, you will move straight along the outer edge of the brow line, creating less lift on the brow hair than you did at the arch.

If your brows are sparse, I would caution against using too dark of a color - select one that is a couple shades lighter for a more natural look. Also, if you apply just a few strokes of a nice powdered brow pencil before applying the brow gel you will have beautifully shaped brows that will last ALL DAY! Good luck!
