No, still wear your regular moisturizer. It suggests wearing it alone on bare skin or over your makeup. I put it on after my foundation (I use Bare Minerals) and I can tell a little bit of color comes off onto my fingers but for the most part my makeup stays in place.

I put it on afterwards, and it really doesn't mess up your makeup...more just really enhances the look you've already created. I mean, I use powder foundation, and didn't know what I was missing. After I smoothed it on, it looked like I wasn't even wearing makeup at all! I haven't tried it on bare skin yet, but it also seems like it would allow a person to skip the foundation step altogether if they wanted to. I really reccommend this product.

With this product, a little bit really goes a long way. I know .5 oz sounds like a very small tube, but I think you'll be surprised at how long it will last you. I use less than a pea size amount each day in my T-zone.
