The correct order is after cleansing and toning the skin, use Rev-ver Upper, then moisturize. At this point I let things soak into the skin. Depending on the day I put an additional sunscreen on (SPF 15 is not good enough for the bright sun around here) Then after that soaks in use Prime Time then Bare minerals. I have dry skin, so none of this overly builds up for me. My skin needs all the hydration it can get. Rev-ver upper alone is not enough, I definitely need a moisturizer in addition to it. So if you skin is like mine, that is what I do and it works great. People say I have porcelain skin and I am forty.

I have used the moisturizer first then the rever upper product and it worked well although I did find using the moisturizer was too much and the Rever upper moisturized well for me. experiment with it and see what works best for you :)

Laura Gellar's Welcome Matte seemed too thick to me. It was also hard to get out on the bottle. When you put on the tiniest amount it was ok, but it didn't seem to cover without getting flaky, especially around my nose, chin and eyes. Prime Time never gets flaky.

I use it right before applying makeup so I let some time elapse after moisturizing and or using serums so that it absorbs better.

I don't know about reverupper, but you would apply Prime Time after moisturizers. (after sunscreen, before foundation!)

Question
What is the difference between the skin revver upper and prime time?
I bought the Skin Revver Upper product in the starter package for BE makeup and I like it, am out of it, and am wondering if I should re-order it or get Prime Time instead. So what is the difference between the two and should I use one or both?

The Skin Rev-Upper is basically vitamins/glycolic/salicylic acids which exfoliate your skin. The Prime Time is a primer.

Personally, I prefer the skin revver-upper, because it's made my skin MUCH clearer - I've been using it every day before my moisturizer for the last couple of months and have not had a single breakout (which is totally not normal for my skin - usually I have them fairly often).

For me personally, the rever upper caused me to break out pretty bad, whereas the primer did not. The primer states oil free on the bottle, which works better for my skin type.

I don't honestly know the difference between Prime Time and Skin Rever Upper but I have used both and prefer the Prime Time. I think the Skin Rever Upper is more of a moisturizer and Prime Time prepares your skin for longer-lasting makeup. I prefer this product because I like the consistency, it is thick and dries quickly while the Skin Rever Upper is watery and takes longer to dry. It also makes my skin so soft.

I also started with the Rever upper product from the kit and felt it wasn't enough as I have oily skin, the Rever upper product is sort of a base for your BE products. I bought the Prime Time and found that it gave a better coverage for the BE productswhere I didn't have to make ANY touch ups.I tried using the products at the same time and I got a more matte look to the make up, and was amazed at how well the BE products lasted through out the day/night. Just need to let both products dry well before applying powders. Hope this helps.

The Skin Revver Upper is more like a vitamin cream, instead of a Primer. It is a very nice product, and good for your skin. But, the Prime Time actually prepares your face for a perfect application of your foundation. I use both!

when to apply
I am applying this after my morning moisturizer. Can I apply this immediately after that? If not, how long should I wait before applying this (five minutes, ten minutes, etc...)? What about foundation, can I apply that immediately after applying this? Thank you.

I apply my moistrizer first and let that absorb for a minute while I pick out my clothes for work. Then I apply the primer. You should let it dry before applying the foundation, but it takes maybe 30 seconds for this.

Apply after your moisturizer. Just make sure that you wait for a minute or two so the moisturizer can work. I have found that after awhile i no longer needed to use a moisturizer everyday.

You will most deffinatly get a shine free finish and that is what i love with BE products, they cover up the shine in your face. If you have oily skin you may want to try the prime time oil control and you can use this when ever you want just use it before you put on your BE makeup!

I would apply it between your face cream and sunblock. Apply your cream, wait until it is absorbed, apply Prime Time, then your block. I'm not sure you'll get as nice of an application if your cream isn't absorbed completely. Hope this helps! :-)

It has worked wonders for me and my skin is super oily. It is lightweight and once it is on you never feel it again. It is like dry silk and is made from pure mineral extracts so it won't make your skin oily.

Question
Miracle Worker For Slipping Bisque?
I often have a problem with my bisque coming off when I begin to apply my actual mineral foundation. I have alot of acne scarring I try to cover and it always does a fabulous job of hiding every sight UNTIL my makeup goes on, it comes right off from the motions of the buffing with my brush! Would this product help to keep both the foundation AND bisque in place??
