Yes! After applying a dab of bliss onto a cotton swab, press it to your lids for 10 secs. It will soak in and take off waterproof mascara.

Yes. I always use waterproof mascara, yet with this remover it comes off just as quickly and easily as if it were not waterproof (I think, anyway).

You don't have to refrigerate it. I didn't for the first few days, and it worked great.

This remover works even if you don't have access to a fridge. The coldness of the fridge will just reduce any puffiness you may have. Cold water works too!

You do not have to refrigerate this item. It's only recommended if you want to enhance the cooling effect. It still removes eye make-up, regardless of the temperature.

No, you don't have to refrigerate it. It won't "work" better, but it will have a cooling effect on your eyes which can be soothing.

I don't refrigerate it and it works wonderfully. If you can refrigerate it does offer more benefits, but its not a must do.

You don't have to refrigerate it - it's just a suggestion to increase the cooling and depuffing effects. I don't refrigerate mine and it still works awesome!

Hi there girls,no need to refrigerate is you don't want to.I would say if you tend to have puffiness, then when stored in your fridge,it would bring down the puffy eye;) I don't have that problem, but i do have sensitive eyes, also wear contacts, and i find that this makeup remover is very calming to the eyes.Maybe during hot summer months this would feel great in the fridge, hope this is hepful, thanks,Michelle

answer 11
Nope - I don't keep it in the fridge, and it's always been effective. The only benefit of keeping it cold is it improving the refreshing feeling of the product, but it's not at all necessary.

Is Bliss Lid+Lash Makeup Remover Hypoallergenic?
Is Bliss Lid+Lash Makeup Remover Hypoallergenic?

Hmm, if you Google the definition of hypo-allergenic, you'll see there are no guidelines for cosmetics companies to abide by. If they want to list something as hypo-allergenic, they can.
That being said, a quick look at other reviews tells me if you're hyper sensitive, skip this item. Usually, anytime something has a "cooling" effect, it's going to irritate skin. This item stung my eyes a wee bit when it got in because I hadn't wiped enough off before opening my eyes. For a wonderful, zero-irritation eye-makeup remover, try DHC's deep cleansing oil. It is amazing. (And yet I still try new products, sigh.)

Xtreme Eye Lash Extensions?

You'd need to ask a consultant. When I had lash extensions, I didn't need to wear mascara, so I can't answer. I can tell you that if you avoid your lashes, you should be ok, but it would still be best to check with a consultant.

I would guess it would be fine if you don't use a lot and are gentle with it. I had fake lashes (that I put in myself - nothing fancy) and they survived a few cleanings. A professional lash service or glue probably won't dissolve to this product, since it's not oil based.
