You don't have to refrigerate it. I didn't for the first few days, and it worked great.

This remover works even if you don't have access to a fridge. The coldness of the fridge will just reduce any puffiness you may have. Cold water works too!

You do not have to refrigerate this item. It's only recommended if you want to enhance the cooling effect. It still removes eye make-up, regardless of the temperature.

I don't refrigerate it and it works wonderfully. If you can refrigerate it does offer more benefits, but its not a must do.

Hi there girls,no need to refrigerate is you don't want to.I would say if you tend to have puffiness, then when stored in your fridge,it would bring down the puffy eye;) I don't have that problem, but i do have sensitive eyes, also wear contacts, and i find that this makeup remover is very calming to the eyes.Maybe during hot summer months this would feel great in the fridge, hope this is hepful, thanks,Michelle

Nope - I don't keep it in the fridge, and it's always been effective. The only benefit of keeping it cold is it improving the refreshing feeling of the product, but it's not at all necessary.
