Can this be used as an undereye concealer, too? AND What volume of product does it contain?

I have been using Sephora Brand concealer/highlighter for underneath my eye and on my eyelid as an eyeshadow base. However, I stocked up on the product before my move to Cleveland a month ago, and I have found all my new wands have dried out on me. Very uncool. So I'm looking for a replacement. While this product is considerably more expensive, I wonder if it might not be more reliable?

I think this color would be ghastly under eyes. Also, the nature of an eye makeup base is that it is "grabby". I think under your eye you would want something more moisturizing.

I tried to use this product under the eye area, but it didn't really look that good on that area. It's best used for the eyelid...which is what it is made for.

how do you activate the base to come out of the applicator?

When I open the cap, there is only a white brush, I turn the bottom and shake the tube, but nothing comes out.

just keep turning the little dial on the bottom. Just be sure you do it slowly so you don't waste any of the product when it comes out. It may take several turns, but it will come out.
