Are you sure it is the Titanium Dioxide? I am Austrian and about 8 years ago, my dermatologist, had me change all my sun protektion to Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide. My skin cleared up and has stayed that way. When I tried Bare minerals ,it broke out again.Derm said that was probably Bismuth Oxide.Traded for Jane Irradale(no Bismuth),it cleared up.I have Multiple Sclerosis and have become very sensitive.I have noticed, that lot's of pouders have Bismuth, and that lot's of spf's,have a mineral and a kemikal like octinoxate. This one does, and it also has the most common irritant, parfumes. It is all very confusing, and if you have not, it may be a good idea to seee a Derm. and let them do an allergy test. I now know exactly what I am allergic to,and it has saved me money, and facial problems ever since.

This product does contain Titanium Dioxide, but it is not its main sunscreen ingredient. You should probably try a sample of it first. They have samples at Shiseido counters of the powders.
