Honestly, I've used this when my skin was at its most sensitive, and had great results when nothing else would work. I only wish I'd known about it when I used to use Retin-A. I would definitely try it. It provides amazing results without harsh ingredients. If you use it consistently, I personally think it would be one of the best choices possible to use with Retin-A because it is very hydrating and very gentle. It doesn't have an SPF though, so you'd need something else for daytime, or to use a makeup with an SPF. Maybe try alternating it every other night with your Retin-A and using an SPF during the day. You'd need to ask your doctor about that though. Hope this helps! :)
