Yes you should! More importantly make sure you put sunscreen on your neck. I didn't...and it's obvious. So, sunscreen day, moisturizer at night, and that will help stave off neck problems longer. I actually like Perricone's neck cream better than Benefiance...

Your neck cream should be enough, this is for more challenging skin then 30 year old skin. I'm 41.

This would be an excellent time for any products with Retin-A. Apply to your neck, forehead and around your mouth, every 2 days until your skin adjusts...then work up to every night...that and sunscreen will keep your neck looking 30 years old!!!

You shouldn't use neck cream on your face. It might be too rich. Also, it cost more than the face moisturizer.

your face isn't going to fall off, but neck skin is different from face skin, pore size is different. If you can't afford night cream, use your day cream and leave this for your neck and decolletage

Question
Has anyone used this for horizontal "necklace line" creases?
I know the target market for this line is very dry, mature skin, but I'm wondering if it might help minimize horizontal throat lines that are a matter of genetics and anatomy rather than simple aging? These "necklace lines" run in my family and have been visible since I was in my early teens -- if anyone has any experience trying this product for similar lines on younger skin, I'd love to hear about it!

I think a lot of people misunderstand the use of neck cream. If you have a neck you can use this. I do not have "dry" skin, and I use it. I have had a horizontal line since my late 20's or early 30's. I used anything ane everything for a good 20 years and just got away from it. I started to notice a second horizontal line recently and bought this. It hydrates the neck and seems to firm it a bit, both lines are softer looking.

answer 2
Hi! I too have (hereditary) horizontal neck lines pretty much since my early 20s. I've been using this product for several months now (I'm not consistent with the product, though and the lines tend to come back to it's original size) and have noticed the lines across my neck thinning. You have to go in light, upward motions and use it twice a day. Do NOT add anything else before (or probably after) this cream. I have been adding some of Shiseido's other moisturizers before this neck cream for about a week now and I don't see the results anymore. Be sure to use this on its own! It won't get rid of the lines but it WILL thin the lines down noticeably. Hope this helps! ;D

That is a great question. Well yes, these "horizontal" lines that you speak of are more of a genetic issue than age induced decrease of elasticity. To be perfectly honest, I could not give a comprehensive answer without examining the skin. I am sorry, I wish I could be of more help :(

You can. I usually shop online. When I need to return and I am close to a store, I just bring the transaction slip with me into the store. It's a pleasant transaction, no attitude.

she needs to hydrate from the inside as well as the outside, but this won't hurt her and basically will hopefully prevent further decline of the neck skin.

answer 2
As a Derm., my question would be (typical doc lingo, sorry). Yes, certainly safe, but completely unnecessary on such young skin. Typically, a 15year old has sufficient elasticity on their collagen cells. So, while, it would provide no adverse effects, it also would not provide any benefit, except hydration.
