You can extend your mask another 12-24 hours for an extra use after finishing the first 15 minute treatment, Carefully place each eye pad back into the plastic eye tray and back into the foil packet immediately after the 15 minutes are up. Do not wash up after using this. In fact, dab your finger into the remaining liquid and rub on your lips--don't waste a drop. After the 15 minute treatment, gentle pat your eyes to ensure that all is absorbed.

No -- rub (gently) or allow it to air dry. The woman at Saks who first sold it to me also mentioned that there is extra lotion inside the package and on the tray that the pads are packed in -- smooth that over the edges of your lips, smile lines, etc.

Do not wash the product off! Gently tap it into your skin after throwing the pad away. My product box indicates this.

I wash my face before using so any dirt, oils or make-up residue is off. I then tone. I find applying these in bed works best since you don't waste any of the oils in the packaging if you're lying down. I do not wash my eye area after, but wait to apply my eye creams and make-up until the oils from the mask have fully absorbed into my skin. This also gives your skin added moisturizing benefits.

Leave it on so your skin can absorb as much of the juice as possible.

Very good for puffiness. The product itself is absorbed into the skin under & around the eyes & is soothing & refreshing.

There are 12 treatments in the box. However, I read another review from someone saying she re-used them, which I thought would be pointless. However, when you lift the pads out of the tray, there is a good bit of the cream still in the tray. So I took her advice and I replaced the pads, added a few drops of water, sealed them in a ziplock, and am using them a second time. I think the other reviewer said she was using them three times, but I don't see enough solution left after the second time to do that. I'm sure the effects aren't as strong the second time, but on the other hand, why throw that remaining cream away, you know? I am getting twenty-four uses from a box that way, which feels more tolerable to me, expense-wise.

Directions say to use the pads immediately after cleansing - presumably before moisturizing. However, the pads are infused with a moisturizer & even though I have very dry, aging skin & fine lines, I haven't found it necessary to use an eye cream afterward.

I cleanse my face then I use it. Then after 15-20 minutes I remove them and then do my face/eye a.m. ritual.

Use about a half hour before bed. Just pat in excess and let it keep working all night long. I use this about once a week.

After cleansing and balancing, relax for 15 minutes

I don't think it helps for long term. I don't use them on a regular basis due to the cost. I use them 2-3 times a week before a special event or when I think I look really tired.
