Shiseido Benefiance WrinkleResist24 Extra Creamy Cleansing Foam

What it is:A foaming cleanser with antiaging properties. What it is formulated to do:This product instantly foams into a delicate, creamy lather. Without stripping skin of essential moisture, it gently removes impurities and excess surface cells that may contribute to signs of aging. Skin is left feeling exceptionally smooth. What else you need to know:Shiseido Benefiance WrinkleResist24 is a complete line of skincare products that targets every step of wrinkle formation. Each product contains a breakthrough ingredient, mukurossi extract, which directly inhibits the activity of a wrinkle-triggering enzyme. Yes, removes eye makeup fairly well. But I use Bliss eye makeup remover and love that, too.

As far as my experience goes, I have had wonderful success taking all my makeup off, including my waterproof mascara for the most part. There may be some residual mascara left over underneath the eye, but it can be wiped off easily with a towel. So in summation, yes, it does take off waterproof makeup fairly well.

I use a lot of waterproof eyeliner and mascara. It's great at removing most of the foundation and the majority of waterproof makeup. You will need either toner or makeup remover to get it completely clean.

not sure about waterproof -- but it does remove Dior Blackout (which i think is water resistant) without a problem

I have found that it removes everything really well, but you may have to go over the eye area with a little remover on a Q-tip if you wear a lot of waterproof mascara and liner. I use Dior Show mascara and it comes of easily with this cleanser, but I don't get the waterproof one.

Does not remove eye makeup, I think the little granules might be hard on the eye skin. But it is an excellent cleanser. Try SK-11 Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil, very expensive but OUTSTANDING at removing anything. If you only use it on your eyes it could last years.

No, not very well. I use Sephora waterproof eye makeup remover with my fingertips first then use this all over to remove the residue.

I use this in conjunction with a cleansing oil to remove longwearing makeup. On the rare occasions I've used it without the oil I would say it removes most makeup but doesn't work well on mascara.

Usually I remove eye makeup before cleansing, but I have used this product without doing that. With a little extra scrubbing it can definitely remove waterproof makeup, but I would be careful around the eyes because it may sting a little (like any soap).

I wouldn't use this to be the only eye-makeup remover I use. Shiseido has an excellent eye-makeup removing product.

That's pretty much my condition, and it is great! I have habitually over-dried my skin trying to get rid of the acne, but that actually makes it worse! Now I know, and I look for slightly moisturizing products like this.

I think it works shockingly well on acne. Typically you use products that dry the life out of your skin, or scrubs them with crunchy stuff, but this really helps keeps skin clear. I would still use a good toner though.

It's a little bit rich and has a scent. Depending on what's causing your acne it may not be the best option. Have you tried the Shiseido Extra Gentle Cleanser? I think it'll work much better with acne prone skin.

This is the perfect cleanser for the dry skin. For acne skin: It really cleans without drying out your face but if you need salicylic acid in your cleanser try other product.

Works great for dry skin with acne! It has also helped a TON with redness on my cheeks. It's great!

It is non-irritating. I think it is aimed at mature skin. The other Shiseido foaming cleansers are intended for younger skin I like them all. Never had a problem with break outs with Shiseido .

I have dry skin that breaks out easily and I did not find that this cleanser caused any new blemishes. I don't think it did much to clear any old ones though so I alternate it with a cleanser that is better for pimples.

While I don't have acne I do have very sensitive skin that breaks out easily and very very dry as well... I had no breakouts with this product.

Question
I have been using Shiseido White Lucent Cleansing Foam for over a year, and I love it! How does this compare?
I have sensitive eyes, and the White Lucent Cleanser didn't bother them. I need to get the anti-aging one now :( and hoping this won't sting my eyes either...

I typically use an eye makeup remover prior to using this cleanser, but I have never felt like it stung my eyes. I think it's fairly gentle.

This product will irritate your eyes if you accidentally get it in them, and I have never used the lucent cleansing product, but my sister has and she loves it. But, she gave me this product as a gift, and I've fallen in love with it and have used it ever since. It leaves your skin so squeaky clean that I've never felt any other product do the same thing for me. Both my sister and I swear by these cleansers. I guess the only thing I would suggest is to test it out (if you can) and see what the difference is, and make your own conclusions, because you are the only one that can really answer that question fully.

I use to use the bright lucent one as well but recently switched to this one. I personally love this one more because it smells better and it has little micro-beads to help take away dead skin.
