can females put this on for minor acne?

im 20 years old and have minor acne goign on my face like 2 or 3 pimples come and go i would like to know if i can use this or would it be bad?.............. oh and i bought this for my boyfriend for his razor bumps and he says he'll be getting this again he really likes it and he says it works really well.

I am a female with incredibly sensitive skin, and this product does wonders for me. I would recommend it to other females. As far as I know, it doesn't have any ingredients specifically for men. It just lacks a flowery, girly scent, like most products targeted to women.

I got this for my boyfriend and I've used it a couple of times. It's drying, so if you're oily go for it! It will dry out problem pimples pretty quick. Just a quick suggestion. I've been using a product called bye-bye blemish (it's this pink, sulphurish stuff) that works AMAZINGLY. I first saw it recommended in a magazine and purchased it on the internet. Anytime I even FEEL a pimple starting to emerge I can dab this pink magic on and that pimple is done-zo! It has a pretty harsh smell, but the end results are worth it! :)

You can try it if you want, but this pruduct is formulated for a man. If you want something similar, I'd recommend that you go in to your local Sephora Store & have them hook you up with some facial products (samples) for women that are comparable to this product! You can try them out to see what works best, and then go back in to purchase it.

have any girls tried this out?

the list of ingredients is just mouthwatering for dry acne-prone skin (salicylic acid + hyaluronic acid + soothing good stuff = no acne, no dryness). I'm worried that it would be too strong for female skin, as it's generally not as (physically) thick as male skin, and male skin is what this was made for. so any lady users?

Another lady user here! I really like it better than any other acne product I've used. I use it every few days depending on my face feels after washing as a toner and may spot it on problem areas as needed daily. I also use it on my bikini line and it has helped with ingrown hairs a lot. I don't think this is overly strong or drying, but it works great! Clears me up and doesn't bother my sensitive skin.

I've tried it! Right after my boyfriend used it he commented on how drying it made his face feel (which is good b/c he has overly oily skin--as do I!) It wasn't harsh on my skin at ALL. I would recommend not using it everyday, but 3 times out of the week should be fine! If you have oily skin, then it's a plus for you! If you tend to lean towards the more drying skin type--then I would shy away from it! :)

Lady user here, and just posted a review to the effect that it's an excellent strength for getting rid of acne without drying--- rub it over the affected area with a Q-tip a few times a day (I follow with Bare Minerals' RareMinerals blemish treatment) and it should help without causing problems (I have extremely sensitive skin, too).

YES... you can totally use it...I am a lady user and it works phenominally...don't wrry it is not as strong as you think...I have very sensitive skin and I love it...I use it every other day...so yes you can use it even though you are a girl. :) &hearts; sienna

It's more of a toner. My boyfriend usually uses it after he shaves b/c he has TERRIBLE ingrown, coarse hair(s). He also has very oily skin. So far it's worked out well! Less ingrown hairs and a LOT less oily!

This is not a cleanser. This has 2% salicylic acid and what it does is get rid of those nasty, red, irritating skin and it burns off a layer of your skin to get ride of it...but don't use it everyday. If you are going to use a cleanser use "clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser. &hearts; -sienna
