Yes, that's true. The top notes are more the lemon, clary sage, tarragon stuff - it smells quite fresh and citrusy at first, but the base notes are the sycamore, amber, and cedar leaves stuff, so it grows woody and musky. It's a really awesome musk, though; it smells quite masculine and wonderful.

No, it does not change to a musky scent at all. It stays fresh on my man all day. I love it !

There is a subtle change, but nothing drastic. It smells amazing whether it has just been put on or if it has been on all day!
