I think the colors are more on the subtle side but could be applied more heavily if wanted. The idea is to help create a "bigger" eye through shading so strong color is not the emphasis.

They are subtle, but very highly-pigmented. I think they make my eyes pop without looking like my eyes are overly made up. I found that you don't have to put a lot on in order to see it on your eyes.

I totally agree. I like color too and this can definitely be seen. Plus it's easy to build on. I highly recommend using it with Benefit's creaseless shadow in the color RSVP.

I would say that the colours are a little bit sheer, but there is still enough pigment that you can see it quite well. I find that if I add a second brush-full I can bring out the colour more.

They aren't heavy but they show up,try the bo-ing concealer on your lids first and maybe a primer like Too Faced which will darken the shade and make them last longer

There's alot of shimmer, not too much just enough and I am medium skin tone and they show up. Plus you can build color and smoke it out with the brown shadow, depending on how dramatic you wanna go! Deff recomment!

depending your skin tone, the colors will probably show up more on lighter skin tones but you can always add more contour if the color doesn't look dramatic enough. the key thing is to blend a lot and it will still look natural. not really good for a night out but nice for work or school, and most other daytime activities.

I guess you could say that, because it makes them look brighter and happier and then your eyes do look bigger then if they were dark and sad looking. So I would say yes.

Yes, especially if you follow the application directions. Clearly, no makeup can perform miracles but this is good for playing up eyes that are already big or creating an illusion of bigger eyes if yours are on the smaller side.

i believe anyone can look great in any color as long as you know how to apply it. I personally don't like crazy color shadows, but my daughter can totally rock it and we look alike with same eye color and shape. It's personal preference when it comes to eye shadows in my opinion.

Yes, I think it will work well for you. My daughter uses this too. Although not Asian, she has more of a golden tan complexion and it looks great on her. The colors are really quite neutral but are applied in such a way as to make your eyes really stand out.

I have olive skin and dark brown eyes as well and this colour pallette suits me really well. If I were you I would definietly give it a go! I think you will be impressed at how the highlight colour makes your eyes stand out with the dark brown contour colour. And the concerler is number 2 so its perfect for dark cicles under the eyes.

I don't think it's exactly the same one..but the benefit silky powder eyeshadow in soft shoulder looks similar to the second eyeshadow. I think these were specially made for this set.

Question
Which powder eye shadows are closest to the shadows in this palette?
I tend to run out of the soft pink shimmer shade first, then eventually the soft brown shimmer, so I wanted to buy full sized versions rather than buy a new palette every time only one of the shades runs out.

The shades are unique to this palette and are not available individually. To find the closest match, we suggest bringing the palette into a Sephora store to find a comparable match or call 1-877-SEPHORA for a color consultation by phone with one of our Beauty Advisors. Thanks!
