Since your friend has light hair, eyes, and skin, I would go for a rich color instead of a pastel, because that could look a little funny! I would get her the Restraining Order or the Stalkerazzi so it would really pop and have a contrast. I hope she loves it!! :)

I seem to nearly fit your friend's description! I have fair skin, blonde hair, and green eyes. I just bought Drunk Dial yesterday, and I would highly recommend it. I would imagine that this would look even better with blue eyes! Online it looks like it might be too much, but in-store and in person, it looks fantastic. I think that the simple application works best- a cat-like single line on a bare eyelid with mascara and a brow bone highlighter (like High Beam by Benefit).

Also, for your brown hair, I think that the lavender liner would look nice for you! I was going to buy it, but my consultant said that the color would pop more on a brunette. Hope that this helps!

I got both the silver and the gold, they are clear so it would go over any other liner color....LUV the stuff, ran back in the store about 15 min after getting in my car and trying it out, lol

I really liked this Starry-Eyed better. I've used both but this was a softer look, but still had the glamour and drama to it. It looked richer and more expensive and just better all around. I did use it over regular eye liner which was used for defining my eyes.

The other thing I love about this is that I cryed a lot when I had it one (graduation event for one ofo our kids) and it didn't budge at all.

Well I have both kinds, and I love them equally. Here are a few differences to help you out:

UD: 18$ for 0.25 oz. Med sized wand, and brush. Glitter is a little more finely ground. Not really conditioning.

TF: 17.50$ for 0.14 oz. Large sized wand and brush. Glitter is a little more chunky. Lash conditioning.

Since they are mostly interchangeable, it's probably a better idea to get Urban Decay Heavy Metal Liner, because you get more bang for your buck.

Too Faced for sure. The coverage is a LOT better than UD. UD is sort of thin (doesn't have as much glitter on the wand as TF) and it's hard to get good coverage. These stay put and you don't really need a second layer, but if you do layer it there won't be any smudging or clumps.

Gold digger would bring out green eyes. Urban decay has glitter liner in purple.

Well the box has stars on it they are very colorful! and the top of the eyeliner is pink HOPE THAT HELPS!!!

I also have brown eyes than change between light and dark brown. I got the silver since all of my jewelry is silver but then ran back in and bought the gold. They both look awesome, I would definitely get both. It's clear so you can put it over a darker eyeliner.

I think it is better, it last much longer and shows up better for me.

Lasts at least a year, I think, and I've had great success with dripping a dribble of water in my old one to prolong its life. I've had it since, like, 2006 and it's still going strong.
