Questions & Answers for Philosophy Raspberry Sorbet Lip Shine

Question
Moisturizing?
I was wondering if this actually moisturizes lips, because a lot of other products say they do and then, well, they don't. If this gloss doesn't moisturize, which one does?

For me, this gloss doesn't do much "moisturizing". It's very glossy, but fades like any other lipstick. I wouldn't buy it for moisturizing properties, just a pretty, glossy look. :)

I have used a ton of lip gloss products because I love the look, but hate the drying effect they have. I would recommend this product as it keeps my lips shiny and soft. I would definately try it out!

I haven't found a gloss that is particularly moisturizing. For that purpose - I think balms are best. I like the L'occitane shea butter one and the Caudalie lip balm

This gloss is definitely moisturizing. I have not used that many other glosses from the brand, but I'm sure that they all do the same things for your lips.

This is actually very moisturizing! I'm pretty addicted to cherry chapstick because it moisturizes better than most lip glosses. However, now that I have this lip gloss I hardly use my chapstick at all! I'm addicted to the Philosophy lip glosses now!

This gloss is wonderful, not like a lot of glosses that leave your lips dry. You may have to reaply often because it tastes so good.

Question
Is the color similar to "red licorice"?
I bought Philosophy gloss in "red licorice" last year but it was a little red for me (go figure, RED licorice) :)
This look closer to berry or even pink. Has anyone used both glosses and can tell me if raspberry is a pinker color than licorice?

There's really not a ton of color in this. It's tinted a light pink on my lips, but nothing outstanding. I use it with UD 'Gash', though, and that makes a nice combination. :)

Yes....this color is more pink than anything and has no red tones to it. Try using Very Cherry...it's a very light red.

This has just a hint of pink. I would call it primarily clear but I have pinkish lips so it might have more pink that I realize. Definitely not red!!
