Somewhat, but it may depend on your water. We have well water and the product doesn't foam all that much (but smells great). If you have "soft" water it may foam up more.

Yes it does! I have been using this wonderful almond coconut milk bath for over a year along with other products in this line. I get them as gifts. I have an average shape tub, a little bit deeper for soaking. I use 4 dips with the honey dipper (generously coated). I get plenty of bubbles that last for a nice 15 minute plus soak. This gives out the most heavenly and calming scent. If used alone without anything else from the line of products the scent won't last on your skin very long, but this milk bath lightly moisturizes. However, the scent will linger in your bathroom for hours. It lingers for about 12 plus hours in mine and I have a huge bathroom. Wish Sephora sold Laura's candles.

It doesn't product a true foam, but makes your bath water feel like a bed of silk.
