Question
Comparison to PTR Oil Free and DDF Ultra Lite?
It's so expensive I want to know how this compares to Peter Thomas Roth Oil Free moisturizer? Also how does it compare to DDF Ultra-Lite Oil Free moisturizer. I'm **very** oily and have learned that just because a product says it's Oil Free does not mean it will *control* oil. Thanks!

I have very oily skin too, and didnt notice THAT big of a change in my face. So if something else works for you, I would probably stick with that one!!!

Can't speak to the PTR. DDF was one of the products I sampled and I like this one way better. I don't know that it is designed specifically for oil-control. There is another line, Cosmedicine, that has a mattifying product you may want to check out. If you have access to a Sephora store, take home samples of both to try.

Question
Suitable for dry, acne-prone skin?
I have been breaking out a lot lately in my mid-20s (and I never got acne this bad even as a teenager) but my skin is also combination - oilyish in the t-zone and dry everywhere else (especially in the winter). My doctor put me on benzol peroxide and this has made the dryness unbearable. Would this product be sensitive enough to not irritate the acne (around my mouth) but moisturizing enough to combat the dryness? These are my main concerns; alleviating redness would be a plus.

I'm sorry! I forgot what the first product Name was?! I have not had the experience in using it though. However, I must say that I have used several, of Dr. gross products, and have been using them off and on for years. I highly recommend them and would say you cannot go wrong with using them. Love them!!! I Have sensitive as well as combination skin! If this matters, I am an Esthetician as well. So my skin, as well as anybody's skin I've worked with is very important to me so, yes! I highly recommend the products! Good luck ;-)

Yes! Although keep in mind that while first starting this product, it may cause you to breakout worse, as it will draw out all impurities before you will see benefits! You cannot go wrong with ANY of Dr. gross products!

Question
Would this be good for oily skin on a guy?
Just curious to know if this would be a nice lotion for a man to use? I am 26 years old and I have fair skin that is also oily/combination. I get a lot of oil on my t-zone area and I am also on a dermatologist regimen that includes a face wash and a benzoyl peroxide night perscription. I don't want to interfere with the peroxide treatment that my doctor is giving me, but I would love to add a moisurizing treatment to my skin care regimen since I am getting older and I know it is good to moisurize. Is this a good product for sensitive skin that is easily prone to breakout?

I have both sensitive and combination skin and I love this product. I highly recommend it. Try it. If you don't like it, Sephora will take it back. But I sampled about six different moisturizers before I bought this one, and this was my favorite by far. Texture is great, and you only need a small amount each time so the bottle lasts forever.

I absolutely love this product. A bit expensive for such a small container, but very much worth the price ! I have combination and VERY sensitive skin. I also have a tendency to break out with certain products. MD SkinCare Hydra-Pure evens out my skin, feels very light and has a mild natural scent. Break outs have been minimal to none while using this product.

it does not have SPF in it- but I use Dermalogica's SPF Boost- which a little bit in every moisturizer turns it into SPF!

No spf. I use it mainly at night; daytime if it's cloudy. Still think it's a great product and highly recommend it.

I don't think you can use it during pregnancy, it has retinol in it. I also had breakouts in my first trimester, but they disappeared as soon as the first trimester was over.

Question
This VS. Age Erase With Mega 10
I actually, I suppose in a correct fashion, selected with a NON-Dennis Gross Rep selected the Age Erase moisturizer for me I am a 43 year old male with what people say is excellent skin, I have a few lines on my forehead when I crinkle them, a few lines in my eyes when I smile, not crows feet though, and smile lines with a larger one on the left side

It seemed that the Age Erase moisturizer was the one for me. I was not looking at price or bottle or anything. But then I was trying to remember what moisturizer she used on me in another store when I was given their face peel. I believe it was the hydra pure.

It seems by the description and with everything I told you I picked the right moisturizerr. Yet, I believe she may have used the hydrapure moisture on me.

I know price point does not matter which means the latter isn't necessarily better, but it is light which they recommendn for combo skin, however the targeted actions more match up for the age erase

Which might you recommend. Thanks

I have used both the Age Erase Moisturizer and the Hydra Pure Oil Free Moisturizer. They are both amazing and I believe it's the chelating complex that makes this line so unique. It is like not other brand that I've used. I travel quite a bit and my skin never has challenges that I used to have when using different water in different cities/states. FANTASTIC BRAND!!!
