Question
Could this be used as a skin regimen?
The product description says that it's a three in one cleanser, makeup remover and toner. Does anyone use it like that? If so, how well does it work as a facial cleanser? Sounds like most people only use it for removing eye makeup.

on Cleansing Water
answer 1
The product does work good as all three (cleanser, makeup remover, and toner), but I would only use it as a cleanser if you don't need to remove a lot of makeup only because you end up using a lot of the product to take it all off and it is quite pricey. When I have no makeup or very little on I'll just use this before bed. I also use it after washing my face as a toner and to remove any traces of dirt or makeup that may be left.

I use it for all of the purposes at night. I use something different in the morning when I shower.

I would definately use it as all 3. It's a great way to cleanse the skin. Been using it for about 3 years now and both my Mom and I love it. I would definately follow with a moisturizer though.

I use this as a cleanser alone, unless i want to thoroughly cleanse, in which case I follow up with a foaming cleanser. this is very gentle

I use it as all three. Its very gentle and is a great cleansing product. I also use it when I need a little skin boost. Makes my skin feel refreshed and not dry.

I use it as a 3-in-1 system daily, once in the morning, once before bed, and for touching up any makeup smudges (like eyeliner sometimes). However, I do use another product for exfoliation every other day. Although I have combination skin, it is clear with no visible pores.

This can work as any of the all three functions listed, however, it does not work well as the primary cleanser. If you use a moderate amount, it will still leave grime on your face. In addition, if you don't use is with a primary cleanser to remove the majority of makeup, it will leave your face feeling sticky. I use Ole Henrikson Apricot Cleansing Lotion first, then finish my evening cleansing regimen with Caudalie's Cleansing Water.

In a pinch it's effective as a cleanser but please clean your face first, then finish off with this product by squeezing some onto a cotton ball and swiping your face. It grabs all the residue your cleanser didn't get, and leaves your skin ready for a moisturizer or not. It's perfectly clean.
answer 9
I have combination skin, and I wear cosmetics almost daily, so like you mentioned I use it as my eye make-up remover. I have swept it over my entire face using a large cotton pad and feel that it worked to remove make-up and dirt, so yes it could be a good cleanser. Not a deep cleanser though. I think if you have relatively blemish free skin that is not very oily, or if you have mature/aging/very dry skin this could work. I say this because maybe you are looking for something not so deep cleansing, non-foaming, ultra gentle, with virtually zero stripping of oils. It feels wonderful and also removes regular mascara (not sure about waterproof - I don't use anything waterproof). I personally prefer the Caudalie Foaming Cleanser as my facial wash and the Elixir as my toner.
answer 10
I use it as a facial cleanser and makeup remover, yes. It works great.

i disagree, but i don't use it everynight. i just use it on nights when i'm too lazy to go wash my face, maybe a few times a week. I find that it cleanses well with one or 2 of those drugstore cotton rounds, and doesn't react badly with my night time products - and i have sensitive skin prone to breakouts. This is a really helpful product that i'm glad exists

I would say no. I have just given this product a 2-star review because I did expect it to be what it claims to be, a three-in-one product. It didn't work for me - my skin just doesn't seem to feel clean no matter how much product I continue to pour out.
