I LOVE this stuff! I have no idea why I bought it other than hoping I'd be able to drink more water because I have kidney stones. I carried it in my purse everywhere and just refilled my bottle all day. Initially, I wasn't thrilled with the flavor because I was never big on green tea but I quickly became addicted to having it in my water. You really have to SHAKE WELL and the flakes will disolve.
I noticed a big increase in energy and I did lose weight because when I'd go for my comfort food I'd just add another shot of this to my bottle and guzzle and my craving was satified.
Now, the bad part, the price...I thought I paid $45 for my first bottle and I wanted to see if our local health food store had an equivalent tincture. They did for $33 but it has nowhere near the flavor or energy I was getting from Dr. Brandt's.
